I never write reviews....but I was so pleasantly surprised by this product....I felt obligated to help those out there suffering in any kind of pain. I had heard about the benefits of Turmeric from Dr. Rhonda Patrick on the Joe Rogan podcast and tried the kind she suggested "MERIVA". I found a cheap version of that but it did little if anything of value. I next tried a more expensive brand she suggested Thorne and while there other products are amazing, there meriva turmeric helped me only half as well as regular ADVIL did. I know taking ADVIL all the time is terrible for your liver not to mention the side effects so I did some more digging on other turmeric out there and found this thru another review on some other turmeric product. I suffer from general overall pain and soreness both joint, ligament and muscle wise from working out 5 days a week along with basketball 2-3 times a week with bad knees ( torn ACL ). Every morning I would wake up was stiff, sore and in pain. I dreaded just getting out of bed and standing up. The only thing that did give me good relief was Advil. However, after 3 days on this BCM-95 version of turmeric, my pains have 90% disappeared. I was shocked when I got up in the morning and had no pain. When I played basketball and my knees would usually swell up after but with 2 pills after the game I had zero pain and no inflammation. I had to take upto 2 grams of the MERIVA turmeric to get noticeable benefits but with this version I only take 2 pills a day and do 4 on the days I play basketball and its really been a life saver. I thought was gong to have to live off Advil or cut back on my basketball and workouts. However, with this....almost all my pain is all gone!! Try different brands and kinds...and see what works for you, but this 100% worked amazing for me!! I just received my second bottle today. I noticed results after 3 days and continue to take 2 pills a day with no side effects other then feeling young again and great!!

Excellent product

This product is outstanding. It takes the active anti-inflammatory ingredient in turmeric - curcumin - and concentrates it and gets it in a form your body can use easily. I have been taking this for 5 years. I have Chronic Lyme and Chronic Fatigue and so inflammation is a battle I am constantly fighting. My illness has gone through various phases but this curcumin product has really helped me with - muscle pain and stiffness - general inflammation from Lyme (which manifests neurologically for me) - decreasing inflammation in a degenerated disc in my neck that is causing root nerve compression I am unfortunately unable to take any OTC anti-inflammatories like Advil or Aleve - they just destroy my stomach and leave me doubled over in pain, even when I take them with some kind of stomach protector. This has been true for over a decade, so I am compelled to find other solutions. I mostly have been happy with one pill a day, but recently, when the neck problem popped up (and my arms were going tingly and numb - yikes!) I doubled the dose to twice a day. That gives me good, though not perfect control over the neck issue. When I have suggested to friends with arthritis or similar pains to try it, I haven't gotten great reports back. In some cases that's because they expected it to work like Advil - relief in an hour - and so they stopped taking it after a few days. There is a cumulative effect with this herb - take it once a day for 10 days and if that's not working well enough try twice a day for 10 days. That is a fair trial and will let you know if it is going to help you. One friend said it helped but the curcumin really bothered her - she had outrageous turmeric burps for hours after a dose - yuck! Also, if you are not well, and your problem is some type of chronic bacterial issue like Lyme, the curcumin will cause some die-off and you may feel worse before you feel better. I wish Life Extension had a lower dose for people like this who need to slowly work their dose up. The other good brand of this product is Lee Silsby's brand Enhansa, and it does have smaller capsules so you could cautiously work your way up the dosage scale. Enhansa is supposed to only be sold through physicians, but you can usually find a re-seller online.

Tumeric is truly a great product for inflammation. I use it daily. I started using it when I had a tooth infection and the dentist wanted to pull my tooth. I researched holistic ways of healing the inflammation and found tumeric. That was 5 years ago and I still have my tooth and the dentist is in awe. Nowadays I use it for my dental health but also for my joints. So many healthy benefits to this herb. This product is one I highly recommend as it had natural ingredients as you can tell just by the deep orange color.

So far, so good. I have taken a similar product before. This product has helped to ease inflammation. Easy to swallow capsules and no smell or bad taste. Results may vary. Hope this helps.
