Excellent product and excellent customer service!!!
I'm enjoying this item. My 1st one delivered had been delivered in 3 days! Unfortunately it had a couple issues. However, I sent customer service an email and they responded almost immediately, within hours. A replacement unit was sent out and I received it 3 days later. This unit is fantastic! I'm unable to get outside for daily exercise. This unit allows me to get lots of exercise while watching TV or surfing the internet. The unit is well worth the price. The customer service was absolutely the best I could expect! The best communication and support as well!! If you choose this product be assured you will receive great results. The unit is controllable by a remote control or the panel. It allows you to change speed and direction easily. The pre-programmed settings will give you a good selection of options for your exercise routine.I have been using it for over a month and it is working beautifully! It's quiet, smooth and very easy to move around.I have found that I have improved my leg muscles with each session. I have improved my balance as I was experiencing some mild equilibrium issues. This is simple and effective. In my opinion, this is the best way to get better circulation without having to overwork. Thanks for reading this review! Good luck and I hope you will share the benefits as I have!

Works seamlessly and automatically
I bought this for a family member who has a spinal cord injury and has developed spasticity in both legs. He is unable to stand for long due to weak legs and is unable to get much movement due to this. I thought this would be great for him to do while watching tv and in between Physical Therapy appointments. He has no strength in the legs to manual move pedals. This turns on with a remote and automatically moves his legs for him. And the unit does not slide on the hard floor. Other brands we tried would slide on the hard wood floor. It is a bit heavy for someone who does not have much strength to pick up. So, he will need someone to grab it for him and place it in front of him and plug it in. After that he can use the remote to turn on and use (make sure to add 2 AAA batteries in the remote which is not included). The only thing I wish it had was straps for his feet to stay on the pedals, just incase his feet cannot stay on when they spasm or flex on their own. For now, he uses his walking stick to press his foot down incase that is needed.Overall, he loves it and uses it 3 times a day for a few minutes forwards and backwards and he can feel his knees, joints and legs getting movement. I can visibly see his knees and even hip flexors rotating- almost as if he is sitting on an exercise bike. He currently is using it on level 1 (slowest level). Some reviewers said the machine was loud - I am pretty lucky because mine is very quiet - and hardly makes any noise when plugged in and using it on auto.Update - he is still using it, still quiet, and now has been able to get to level 3. Someone wasn’t always there to bring it to him, so we plugged it in to a surge protector and put it in a corner in the room and now he wheels himself over and uses his stick to press the surge protector on or off when not using it.

Stroke patient 20ish years later
My dad had 4 strokes in a span of a month 20 years ago and was promised 10 years. Right side limited movement. None in the arm only his leg he can walk around the house. He’s a living miracle. He was stubborn when it came to physical therapy. Saw a commercial for something similar thought hey that will get dads blood moving! He does about 10 min at a time and is tired. I maybe should have got him the one from tv that was way more subtle but hey it’s doing what it needs to. Proud of him. Wasn’t stoked on the gift though HAHA! I said we’re talking longevity here, works on its own he doesn’t need to move

Easy to use.
My wife uses this every single day, she does 20,000 steps per day on the unit. The unit is very easy to use.

Use it every day!
Update 2/19/23. I have now been using this 10 months, almost every day, a total of an hour a day, forward and reverse, always on electric assist only. When I started this I was almost a cripple with my knees. I only had mild arthritis in knees by X-ray but they were so painful I could hardly climb the 3 steps up into my house or get off the toilet or get out of the car. As a retired nurse I knew that I could increase my own lubricating synovial fluid in knees simply by moving my knees. I was not up for doing manual, too much pain. I theorized I didn’t need to do anything manually but just keep those knees moving, if I was going to ever be able to get in good shape physically in the future. Can’t do it if you can’t move! Long story short, I am now getting off toilet and climbing those stairs much more easily and without pain now! I was just sitting doing puzzles anyway. It took a long time but what did I have to lose. Let the movement do its magic and eventually you will be able to do so much more than you did before. Totally worth it. I have now slowly started to push the pedals manually which will benefit my whole body. One step at a time! I will never be without this machine as I age.I love it. I’m a senior. Knees were tight and painful , getting hard to stand up. Or go up steps. This is helping me loosen up for sure. I sit at a raised legs card table, found the perfect chair for this and have been using it since 4/1/22. I try to do 30 min forward, 30 min reverse every day, while doing my puzzles on the card table. I only use it with electric so far, never manual. I always do speed “5”- the highest speed. Some day I will try manual. My daughter lives 4 flights of steps up, and I am already getting better at that. Before it was pure torture. It slides around a little bit on the rug under it but not while using it. Yes it does click sometimes but does not seem to affect anything. I did register it for the free 18 month warranty so I’m not worried about it. Over all, I love this, increases my leg circulation and moves my knees at the very least, which is why I got it, and am very happy I bought it!
