I find it almost impossible to remove the nasal cushion from the headgear to wash. Can anyone help me with clear directions?

It just pulls apart, grab the headgear with one hand and the cushion with the other and pull. It should unsnap. Mine takes moderate but not crazy force to disconnect.

How does it differ from the dreamwear nasal mask?

The ResMed nasal nose part is solid compared to cushiony The spring head guard fits better.to your head. I personally like the ResMed better. On the dreamwear I use the small nasal but the ResMed I use the medium

does this product fit (Airfit P10 pillow Medium) ?

No this does not fit the Airfit P10. I don't know of a nasal cushion that fits the P10. The N30i is a nasal cushion so it sits under the nose unlike a nasal pillow that goes slightly into the nose. It is interchangeable with the P30i nasal pillow. Both the N30i and P30i nasal cushions/pillows use the same headgear with the hose attachment at the top of the head.
