Was a gift for my son. He says he uses it and likes it.

The entire piece is durable and solid. Glad I bought one. Been looking for years in the local stores and they only sell the flimsy ones.

After first use, the wheel doesn’t smoothly move. It started to tear my dough…. No longer useful for me have to use a bench scraper to cut my dough for crackers. Disappointed.

This has cut literally hundreds of my Biscotti. It's made almost as well as the one my grandmother had while I was growing up in the sixties.

I is great for my romantic nights. It pinches the sides besutifully

Handle was loose, but it works fine.
