Perfect for gel nails
My daughter does my gel nails for me, she is 17. I bought her this little light and I do not regret it. It works perfect, just as advertised! She uses it all the time! Would absolutely buy again if needed.

This FLASH CURES! Do NOT leave your fingers on it
I did not realize it flash cures and held my fingers on too long causing some damage to my fingers... so why the 5 stars? Because it works great if used right 😅

Great little light
This is so handy when you only have to fix one nail however I use it all the time because I like the idea of just putting my nail under the UV light and not my entire hand. It’s like putting your hand in the sun and I’ve had enough of that! I like that itself times and also that it starts automatically soon as you put your nail under the light.

Decent for flash curing, but not a total replacement
The Beetles Mini UV Light for Gel Nails Tips is a compact, portable tool designed primarily for "flash curing" gel extensions or nail art. While it’s incredibly convenient for travel, there are a few things you should know before relying on it for your full manicure. Pros Highly Portable: Its small size makes it perfect for on-the-go touch-ups or keeping in a travel kit. Great for "Flash Curing": It works well for holding a gel tip in place for 10-15 seconds before moving your hand to a full-sized lamp. Smart Sensor: The sensor is responsive, which is helpful when you’re trying to balance a nail tip with one hand and activate the light with the other. Cons Low Power: Because it is a mini lamp, it doesn't have the wattage of a standard desktop UV/LED lamp. I wouldn't recommend it for a full 60-second final cure, as some thicker gels might remain tacky or under-cured. Narrow Aperture: You can really only do one nail at a time. This makes the overall manicure process much slower if you don't have a larger lamp to finish the job. Build Quality: It feels very lightweight and a bit "plasticky." It’s fine for occasional use, but I’m not sure how it would hold up to daily professional wear. Final Verdict This is a solid "helper" lamp. If you are looking for something to help you freeze your gel tips in place so they don't slide around, this is a great value. However, if you are looking for a primary lamp to cure your entire set, you’ll likely find this underpowered and time-consuming.

Awesome! I used on my natural nails w gel polish
I was so excited to get this. It's tiny which is great because I don't need to haul out a bunch of gear to do nails. My apartment is too tiny. I read some people say it didn't come one right away. I thought it was happening to me also but I double checked the connection to the device and it just wasn't in all the way. Not as smooth as your phone going in and it's curved on one side so make sure it's going the right way don't force it. It's so light and was hard to hold in place with the flat cord hehe. Once it was in it came on right away. Anything in it's little space makes it come on so keep out of reach of kids. I ordered this and the nude gel separately. Some say it's a thick polish...yes it's gel and not like painting nails with regular polish in that way. Also I found that one chunk was on the brush and wouldn't come off. It kept messing up my work. Finally I took a piece if plastic and pulled it off..anything with fabric will leave lint on and really make trouble. THEN I realized that the chunk had slid down from the stem of the bottle brush. Over time coated the stick and broke off and stuck in the bristles. So check for that or just wipe clean the stick before you start. Go light layers because if you go too thick it causes a bead to form and freeze to the side which I did a few times haha. My natural nails are no longer even and post menopausal dry skin, etc. I read about the nails not sticking if uneven so I didn't want drama of pop offs. Actually too many years of acrylic nails and removal destroyed my nails and menopause after BC chemo and radiation did the rest. I was too excited and didn't wait for base coat or top coat but the 1st layer looked amazing. The 2nd I got some drip things. The tiny cure light is awesome ...1 finger on the ladybug and it shuts off automatically. I'd say the thicker the polish is the more I felt a temp burn feeling and only on random fingers not all so idk. So nice not to have them messed up in minutes because I'm a mom or clumsy. Felt a little tight after just like a manicure. DO NOT CUT YPUR CUTICLES! They're there to keep germs and debris out from under your nails. And they never listen to me I say no don't cut but they're old about it and can't help themselves...also they ask cut or shape with file I say file then .see the clipper. Saves money super easy and I will see how I do once the top and base are here. So great! I even got little dogs abs animal.nail.stickers for my daughter who is 26 but has autism. She will not let me do her nails and toes work but fingers messed up by time we're in the car meh. Now I can do ityself!!

EH!
I bought a SLEW of products from this company. Like EVERYTHING to do ALL of my nail work at home. Being a hair stylist, I USED to do nails, but stopped a long time ago. WELL, I've decided to start SAVING BUCCA MONEY (gel nails=$$$) & doing them at home. I should have read the one star reviews instead of HOPING this would work good. I mean, IT WORKS, BUT,,,,,as one woman said, for one, being the cord was wrapped in the manner it was, it doesn't lie flat & because of that, it tips the light over on the table BECAUSE there is absolutely not enough weight on the light itself to hold it down...Hence, you have to try & hold the light IN YOUR ONE HAND OR the other hand while curing one nail. ALSO, as another said,,,,,, when you go to to do the second nail, the light doesn't come back on LIKE ITS SUPPOSED TO, unless you unplug it & plug it back in. Now, being I'm sitting on my kitchen table, of course the cord is not long enough to fit the end of the larger end of the C cable to where I need to, so here is a TIP for you. If you have a power bank, put that on the table near your lamp, plug it into that power bank & THAT shall work. But you STILL have to un-plug & plug back in for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th nail, etc. So, NO, I am NOT very happy to have to do this in order for this to work like its SUPPOSED to. To return this, I have to drive a ways to drop it off at a UPS store....its just too far. I DO however have a regular dome light, thank goodness. But THIS light, or any other brand is good IF you need to press down on your nail with another finger so it doesn't pop off, these little things are a good choice to START the curing process. I didn't want to spend the money on a goose head lamp that just secures to a side of a table. Just beware of which product you choose.

Comes with cord but no base plug
I bought this when I first started my gel x journey. I was determined to do my own nails. It takes some practice but the strength of the light is magnificent. I use to flash cure. Then use my ice led nail lamp to finish each hand. Light gives you 60 seconds and cuts off automatically. Comes with the cord but no plug in base just in case you need to know. For longer nails like mine (medium stiletto) sometimes it’s about position. It can get tricky!!! I will be purchasing the goose neck standing one but will still use this. It dries perfectly never had an issue and it’s cute. Win win.

Works great for putting on false nails.
This type works great if you're putting on false nails because the bigger UV Lights are impossible to hold the nail on as it is curing. This item works easily if you need your other fingers available.

Mini, Works, Is Brilliant!
Bought this little mini gel polish light a few days ago. Arrived fast and is exactly what is advertised. It suites my needs perfectly. I'm studying and at my desk alot, so being able to plug this in via USB was perfect and the size is perfect for my desk area. I can only do one finger at a time which I knew when I bought it so is perfect. If you are looking for something time efficient I would get an actual salon sized LED curer. I just take my time -takes about 60 seconds to cure each nail. The LED light is really strong for its size and the sensor touch base works great. Such a great travel size as well - for planes etc. I'm pretty impressed at how small and effective it is. Thumbs up for me (for someone who never usually does my own nails or goes to a salon).

Very beginner friendly to use
Compact, Efficient, and Perfect for Quick Gel Cures! I’m really impressed with this little Beetles Mini Nail LED Lamp! Despite its compact size, it delivers great power and cures gel polish evenly and quickly. It’s perfect for at-home manicures, travel, or quick touch-ups — I didn’t expect such strong performance from a mini lamp. The design is sleek and minimal, with a foldable stand that makes it super easy to store or carry around. It also connects via USB, so I can plug it into my laptop or power bank when doing my nails anywhere. The LED lights are positioned well and cure both base and top coats in about 60 seconds. It’s also great for beginners — very simple to use with one button and no confusing settings. I love that it doesn’t overheat and stays cool while working. For the price, this mini lamp is definitely worth it. It’s a convenient and reliable little tool that makes doing gel nails at home so much easier!

No burn, solid cure
I bought this lamp for myself to use and it's fantastic. It's so small and not bulky which I appreciate as I don't need anything big. It did a good job curing my nails as I only apply a top coat.

Cheap, mobile and excellent
This UV lamp is so great for curing nail polish. The automatic sensor is great, and I don’t mind having to cure one nail at a time for this price. I was worried about a lot of the reviews which indicated that it wasn’t very stable but if you set it close to the edge of the table, the cord shouldn’t pull the lamp and cause it to fall. I’m really happy with this purchase and highly recommend this cute little UV lamp
