I had to try another product for awhile because they were out of stock. I ended up gaining 7 pounds in 3 weeks. I finally was able to buy it and start taking it again. Absolutely foul. I have taken other CLA and never had this issue. I took a single dose and threw them away. Completely unacceptable.Could be a good weight loss tool if you consider they may make you barf after taking. I'm not sure bulimia is the healthiest way to go though.
