If you are only able to cool pack in cold water would it still benefit you?

If the water is cold enough to cool mask then yes.

Two different type of item is shown here. Will i get the mask with the fabric backing and Halos logo?

Mine isn’t fabric backed. It isn’t very comfortable on the nose, leaves a pressure mark.

How long do I need to put the mask on for

Hey, Thank you so much for your question, we recommend 10 minutes depending on how cold you have your mask, same for when your mask is heated, please always refer to the instructions inside your packaging. You can keep the mask on for as long as you want but please make sure the mask is at a temperature you are comfortable with, example, not to hot or cold for your skin, I like to test the mask on my hand before applying to my face. Can this be heated in the oven as I don't have a microwave?
