Philips Hue Smart Wireless Dimmer Switch V2 (Installation-Free, Exclusive Philips Hue Lights) for Indoor Home Lighting, Livingroom, Bedroom

Works well needed a switch for my guest bedroom. The switch appeared in the HUE app quickly and was quickly paired with my bulbs in the room. The 3M sticky tape has stayed on the wall for almost a year now without issue and I like the fact that the remote is magnetic. The only down side is sometimes the button can be tricky when you want to turn off the bulbs but instead it will dim the light. Otherwise great product seamlessly integrates

Setup for this is super easy. It works reliably fast. It is nice to have some physical button to turn the lights not only on and off, but cycle through the modes.

Easy to connect to Philips Hue app. And since it’s a stick on plate, it’s also a convenient and easy install for wherever/however you need.

An excellent addition to a Philips hue gift set I curated myself. I picked everything out and this was the perfect cherry on top. Works very well and affixing it to the wall makes it feel very natural, plus you can remove it if you really want but if you have the app what’s the point.

Amazing product. Highly recommend. You will need to have a Philips bridge in order to pair the device with multiple bulbs. But works great and dims perfectly.

Works well. Make sure the switch is reasonably close to the hub for good responsiveness.

Was very easy to set up and install. The wall mount has the option to screw it into the wall but I opted to just use the 3M adhesive that comes on the back of the wall mount. I put it on the wall just above the actual light switches. The remote sticks to the mount via magnets. The magnets are the perfect strength, they hold the remote firmly in place but yet it is easy to pop the remote off the wall to keep on a nightstand etc. Setup in the app was easy and you can really customize what you want each button to do. My only complaint is that when I first walk into the room I have to hit the buttons a few times before they work. I’m guessing this is because the remote is in some kind of standby mode when not in use? I’m hooked up to a bridge on 1 gig high speed business internet at the house so I don’t think it’s a connectivity issue on my end. Despite this minor flaw I’m very happy I purchased this remote so I don’t have to fumble around with my phone every time I walk into a room. Will probably get hue bulbs + one of these switches in every room eventually

I bought this to try out in one of my rooms to replace the Lutron switches that require a bridge because the bridge connection is SUPER finicky. I bought one to test it out and it’s AMAZING! I set it up yesterday with my most troublesome room and it took just a few minutes to get it set up to control the room and most of that setup time was me rereading the instructions three times scratching my head because it seemed too easy. Granted, I already had the Hue app with all the light bulbs assigned to that room. The setup was literally three easy steps. Open the app, scan the QR code, select the room and BAM! Done! I am buying these for every room in my house and getting rid of the stupid bridge! If you’re thinking of getting a switch to control your Hue lights, get this one.
