Do you were these all the time or just in shower

You can wear these all the time, they stay in place really well. The hard cover protects the sensor underneath and is comfortable to wear for as long as you wish. Obviously, it will get wet in the shower, but dries quickly, just like a plaster. If you don't like the feeling of it whilst damp, just remove and replace.
