R+Co Blue Highest Volumizing Mousse 180 ml / 6.3 oz

This is a wonderful product. I have tried several different volumizers. This one gave volume without stiffness or stickiness. It also did an amazing job at giving my hair a good smell and some shine. I was happy with how I looked after applying. It is expensive compared to others, but, in general, you get what you pay for. That's not always true with beauty products, but for this one, it is. I included photos that show how I get a beach wave. I towel dry, put this product on with a sea salt spray, use foam curlers and a hair bonnet designed for the blow dryer, and wow! beach wave!

You only need a little, less than a cotton ball size. Fabulous results, gives my straight and flat hair some lift, texture and volume with control. Will purchase again.

Soft volumizing styling foam which smells great not sticky or crispy

I have such a hard time finding products that will work on my hair, which is chin length and finely textured. A lot of "volumizing" products end up weighing my hair down or making it look greasy. I was so excited when I got the opportunity to try this. I've got the R+Co Volume and Texturizer Spray and absolutely love it!! I thought for sure that this was going to partner perfectly with it. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. I tried using them together and that was a disaster. It was too much product and weighed my hair down. I then tried it all on it's own. I applied around a golf ball sized bit of mousse. That was WAY too much. My hair was tacky after I dried it and looked limp and lifeless. I ended up having to rewash it, because it looked that bad. I tried again and used about half that amount and it worked much better. I was able to get good volume and my hair felt moisturized and not straw dry. My style lasted the entire day without going flat or being weighed down. I love the refreshingly beachy scent of it. I also like that it's made without petroleum, mineral oil, parabens and sulfates. That makes it so much healthier for your hair. Now, here's what kept me from giving it 5 stars. I only wash my hair every 4-5 days. If I wash it every day, it gets dried out and starts to feel like straw. If I use this product, I'm unable to go more than a day without washing. The first day rocks, but after that it looks greasy, limp and dirty. Sometimes I can get a 2nd day out of it, if I use dry shampoo, but no more than that. Due to this performance and the extremely high price of this, I couldn't give it more than 3 stars.

THE best mousse I’ve ever used on my fine, flat hair, BUT the spray nozzle was off when I opened it and it’s impossible to put back on without squirting a ton of the mousse out. At $42 a can, I don’t want to waste a drop, so I have to strategically replace the nozzle every time I use it.

I love this hair Mousse , it gives my hair volume, and you only need a little bit , and the smell is so amazing too. Well worth the price.

I love this product. I originally bought it at my salon, and they are a little bit higher in price, so I thought I’d try Amazon. Big mistake. Every single time I have purchased this Product, it’s defective. I notice it on the first use: the nozzle doesn’t work, and then all of the contents eventually empty out because of the defective nozzle. At first, I thought it was a fluke. Nope…happened three times in a row. And this stuff is expensive and they don’t take refunds. So, my guess is they are intentionally selling their defective product on Amazon. Buy from your salon instead!

Yes, it’s too expensive, but I’ve yet to find anything that works as well. Fortunately it doesn’t take much, so it lasts a long time. Lots of volume (and I have straight, fine hair) and it smells so good.
