Wooden Fly Fishing Net with Clear Rubber Basket - Medium

This net is pretty big, so I feel like I can hook into something like a large steelhead or a 10 lb king salmon and be able to net them successfully from my kayak. Netting the bass and trout I usually catch is so easy with this. I also love the rubber netting which is hook resistant and doesn’t beat up the fish. This net is also really nice quality so I feel like it’s a great deal for the money.

I returned this net. It was a fine net but the handle was too long for what I needed. Probably a good guide net but not good for hanging off my hip or my sling pack.

I was looking for a decent net for my son and I for spring time trout fishing and I stumbled upon this net. and it is a great net for the money!! The wood is sturdy and the net seems to be a decent quality. It untangles nicely and is light weight for trekking up a stream for a full day of fishing. We caught drop back finger lakes rainbows from 1 pound up to close to 10 pounds and even the larger fish fit in the net nicely. I would recommend this net to anyone looking for a quality don't break the bank net for medium sized fish!!!

Next is very large & handle is too thick even for my large hands.

It's great size and well built. I great for landing lunkers. Super light for the size. Would definitely buy it again.

Used this net every day fly fishing for rainbows from a raft for 4 weeks in southwest Alaska. Also used it on the occasional salmon. Other than cutting 11” off the handle everything was perfect. We banged it around quite a bit and it held up fine. I like how it makes releasing larger fish much easier when in the raft.Why other nets like it cost so much I don’t know.

Very nice net for large fish. The opening is 22 inches by 16 inches and the Ghost netting disappears in the water and does not spook the trout as much as black colored netting. The ghost netting resists hook tangling because the netting has large openings and the clear rubber material is very difficult for the hook to penetrate. The netting also protects the fish so when it is released it does not suffer skin injury. This wooden net has a handle that is longer than all the $150-225.00 nets out there, and it helps the angler reach the fish safely. Best value!!!!

The basket portion of the net is a little larger than I expected, was simply seeking a long handled net for wading and catching large trout. Turns out the larger basket is a benefit, much easier to net fish. Work as a guide on private waters and really makes it easy to net fish.
