This little gadget was much easier to hang onto than a block or wood or just a piece of sandpaper. My husband used it with fine sandpaper to sand bumpy seasoning off some new cast iron pots and an old skillet that needed reseasoning. He said it made the job faster and easier on his hands. Good buy!
