FunkoMystery Mini: Steven Universe - One Mystery Figure

I purchased 2 of these back in December and they FINALLY arrived today!! Although I was reeeeally hoping for a Peridot I received an Amethyst and Pearl in these blindboxes.I'm pretty satisfied with my Amethyst, she's very nicely put together and painted, but the reason I give this 4 stars is due to the quality of my Pearl. I've read reviews for these blindboxes prior to purchasing them and it would seem that the Pearl figures are notorious for their lower quality. Unfortunately I have to confirm this as well. You can VERY clearly see a rushed paint job where my Pearls head was glued onto her body. While it isn't super noticeable while she's standing it's still rather unfortunate that it's there at all. Aside from that I have no real complaints though.

Also, ich besitze 6 dieser Figuren, 4 von ihnen sind der Sauber und gut verarbeitet, 2 andere haben leichte Fehler, Garnets Hüfte war sehr schief dran geklebt so das schon eine kleine Erschütterung reicht um sie seitlich wegkippen zu können, der 2 Fehler ist bei Pearl der der Kopf wohl etwas zu rabiat aufgeklebt wurde so das die Verbindung zwischen Kopf und Hals zu tief sitzt. Außerdem sind die flügel von Lapis sehr verbogen gewesen, so das ihre Füße teilweise in der Luft waren wenn man sie aufsetzte aber das ließ sich mit etwas hitze und Geduld ohne Probleme beheben daher zähle ich dies nicht als Fehler. Im großen un ganzen waren sie aber für den Preis Ganz gut verarbeitet und gefallen mir, nur schade das ich Peridot nicht auch noch ziehen konnte :P

These are fine figures if you're into Steven Universe and want inch tall, non pose-able knick-knack type plastic figurines for your collection. I have a few and they sit on my computer desk. They're well made, solid, painted well, detailed, and not much fun to play with because they just stand there (and some won't even stand on their own).The problem is the collectible trend of the "blind box". You pay the money and they ship you a box and who knows what you get. I have bought several of these in different shipments and out of the 7 I've bought, I have 3 duplicates. Not a great ratio. It's just a silly method of making you spend more to get the characters you want. I'd gladly pay an extra dollar to get the specific collectible figure that I want instead of getting another random one.I'm not a die hard collector and while I enjoy looking at these figures on my desk, I don't really care enough about having them all for me to spend hundreds of dollars trying for that random box to get them all, so I just won't buy anymore. This blind box mentality has turned me from a potential customer that would have gladly spent $40 to get every unique one, to a customer that already spent $20 and won't buy another.

Da ich die Serie Steven Universe unheimlich gerne mag, und all die Charaktere toll sind, wollte ich mir eine Kleinigkeit kaufen um sie immer bei mir zu haben.Die Figuren sind absolut toll, die Spannung die damit einhergeht, dass es sich um Überraschungspakete halten ist auch ein netter Pluspunkt, bisher habe ich nicht viele Figuren aber zum Glück auch noch keine doppelten!Die Verarbeitung ist nicht die aller, aller beste aber absolut ausreichend- es handelt sich hierbei ja mehr um Collectibles als um wirkliches Spielzeug, und den Job erfüllen sie voll und ganz und zaubern mir immer ein lächeln aufs Gesicht, wenn ich an ihnen vorbeigehe.

Everything was good legit Funko wise, but my Lapis did come with a broken wing too. I saw this warning in a prior review, before I purchased. I thought maybe I wouldn't get Lapis, but I think this Lapis is so cool, with the wings, ribbon, and gem in the back. Funko did a great job on this detailed Lapis, but I think that the wing attached to the back is just weak design/material. My wing was not completely broken off, but is split to the point it is not securely attached and could break off easily. Also, I'm surprised that the earlier reviewer didn't mention Amazon return policy which makes this chance of a broken figure no risk, if you don't mind reporting it and a bit of time. I ordered 5 total and only the Lapis, 1/5, was broken, because of the delicate wings.
