SadoTech Wireless Doorbell for Home - 1 Push-Button Ringer & 2 Chime Receivers, Battery Operated, 1000 Feet, Cordless Waterproof Door Bells w/LED Flash, Beige

The new owners of my building hired some contractors to do improvements in the building and they accidentally cut the wire that powers every ones doorbell in the front part of the building. I was hesitant about getting a wireless doorbell because some friends of mine had one and it would always go off when no one was at the door. There must have been a similar frequency interfering with their bell. I had been without a doorbell since late December 2015 so I decided to take a chance. I'm extremely satisfied with this Wireless doorbell from Sado Tech.com. The doorbell comes with Fifty two different musical chimes/bell chimes. The two receivers plug into wall outlets so there is no need for batteries for those two devices. The actual doorbell uses one 23A 12 Volt battery which is included in the set. The receivers volume can be adjusted to four different levels and levels three and four are loud. Very few people not hard of hearing would have a problem hearing the receivers once the doorbell is pushed. The actual doorbell comes with a piece of 3M double sided tape for quick installation, as well as two screws in case you would like a more permanent installation. There are two small circles that indicate where the screws should be placed , but there is no opening there so you would have to drill two small holes through the back part of the doorbell in order to mount it via the included screws. Installation is a breeze and I have to say that I got a really excellent deal overall. My doorbell problem has been rectified and I have to say that this doorbell is way better than the wired one my building provided. The two receivers allow me to place one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The wired doorbell could not be heard in the bedroom if the door was closed due to some homemade soundproofing on my part. That is no longer an issue I'm glad to report. I'm also glad to report that I haven't had the problem of false rings due to interfering frequencies as of yet. I would recommend this doorbell to anyone in need of a low cost solution for a malfunctioning doorbell or for anyone who needs to hear their doorbell on more than one floor. This doorbell solved my problems. It could very well solve yours.

FANTASTIC! This is such a great product. The fact that you get 2 receivers makes this THE one to purchase. We have NEVER been able to hear our doorbell from my office, which is where we spend most of our time as a family. So, whenever we order food we always have to post someone out in the family room just so we know when the food arrives. Beats dealing with upset delivery people or friends who have been waiting forever for us to answer the door. The different sound options are a fun feature the kids really enjoy. One warning though, I have not figured out a way to go back when running thru all the different ring tones (50). So, you like about the 40th one? Well, you will have to go thru all the other ones to get back to it - unless you unplug it - then you will only need to go thru the first 39 again. Which brings up one more negative - if you unplug them, they do not save the ringtone you had. It starts back at ringtone 1.Now, when I say "negative" - these are very minor to me. Easily still a 5 star. You also have the option to control the volume between 3 different volume levels. So far no issues, including no issues with connecting between the sender and receiver or with the sender staying mounted to the outside wall.Just a great idea of a product. Highly recommend.

This product is nearly perfect. Although the blue LED light that lights up when the doorbell is triggered is strange, and although most of the included tunes are tacky, the volume is very loud and the range is great. It can send a signal from the transmitter through the floor to a receiver that has been installed in the basement. They are already paired, so installation is effortless, and the double sided 3M tape for the transmitter has held up. I would not put the transmitter in direct rain, though. The only real problem I have with this doorbell is that the volume and tune settings are reset during a power outage. It would be nice to have a battery backup option.

Fast delivery! Works great. Easy to use. Plug the 2 receivers in electrical wall sockets (one upstairs and one downstairs for me). I used double back tape (you can use screws but mine was going on metal pole on chain linked fence) to install the remote. Great range. I placed about 60 feet from house and there is no problem with the transmission or reception for the wireless remote. The installed receivers are very loud but can be adjusted to different volume levels and different ring tones. Don't waste your time at getting the more expensive ones at home depot. They don't work past 20 feet going through the walls of the house. Been there, done that...save yourself a trip and buy this one. I went to my neighbors yard across the street and could still hear the door bell go off. That was about 150 feet away.
