Great for small house projects
Bought this to replace one I had already purchased but got lost in a move. I used it around the house on a regular basis and it was really handy to have. I loved the pink color so that my husband wouldn't keep stealing it from the utility room because he didn't want to get caught using a pink tool. The angle is very useful for those weird places to reach. Light weight so you don't get tired when you use it for longer periods of time. The battery life was sufficient to use on small projects for an hour or so. I never had to recharge in the middle of a project. Comfortable design to use. Great case with the basic accessories needed for light household projects. A little weak in the power department but great for what I bought it to do.

Good drill and size
Very good for quick use around the apartment. Battery life is decent for quick use. I like the size b/c it fits easily into my shelves.

Bits Fall Out
For the price it's not too bad. A nice, lite duty cordless screw driver and drill for general use around the house. So far has worked as intended but is annoying that the bits are not magnetic and fall out of the tip.

Customer Service is A+
I bought this cordless screw driver for a small upcoming project. The price was right and the driver and attachments came in a very nice plastic case for storage. The driver attachments included a large variety of screw and drill bits plus nut driver bits. Everything you need for a small, light project. When I examined the attachments, I found a defective adapter which is used to hold the nut driver bits. I contacted customer service and after explaining the defective part with pictures, they quickly mailed me a replacement part. Their customer service department certainly impressed me with their quick replacement of a small defective piece. You will be pleased with this internal battery screw driver if you use it for light work. It is not equivalent to the power of a corded power drill. Again, my thanks for their A+ customer service.

Purchase with caution
The screwdriver works well but my major objection is the placement of the reverse switch. When attempting to screw something, the reverse switch is exactly in line to where you activate the driver. The slightest touch can either move the switch to an off position or reverse the screw direction. It happens too frequently to be only a mild annoyance. Another issue I have is the screwdriver itself has a locking chuck which is great. However, if you use a bit without the extension, the tip is barely past the chuck and prevents you from screwing something that has any kind of obstruction next to the screw. You can use the extension but now the screw bit isn't locked and tends to fall out.

Just one nit to pick with the bit
I honestly don’t know why I didn’t get one of these sooner. The reason I got this model over Black and Decker or others was that it was USB-C charged (not an annoying non-interchangeable DC plug), had torque control, had a nice case that held everything neatly, and had the light. Basically had everything I wanted at a very good price point. After using it a bunch during a recent move, I have to say I love it. It’s got enough power for most small home projects like screwing in wall anchors or putting together furniture. The battery is good enough to last for a big project. It has plenty of bits that are well organized in the case. The light is helpful. The torque control is handy. Basically everything works well and it feels solid for the price. The only thing I don’t like about it is that the bits aren’t magnetic so they tend to fall out of the extender piece that gets locked into the chuck. You can put the bits directly into the chuck but you don’t have much space to work with if you do. It’s not a huge deal, but it is kinda annoying when it happens. Seems like something that could have been easily fixed with magnetic tips.If you’re worried about whether it’s powerful enough to do most jobs around the house, I can reassure you that it is. It obviously won’t replace a real drill or impact driver for large projects, but everyday stuff is so much easier with this thing than manual effort. It’s a no brainer to pick it up if you don’t have an electric screwdriver. You won’t regret it.Update: I used this to put together a 7 piece outdoor furniture set and now having done a larger project with it I can say that it is quite annoying that the bits don’t lock into the extender that locks into the chuck. I used the hex bits quite a lot and more times than not, they would get stuck in the bolt and the bit would come out of the screwdriver. If the extender only had a locking mechanism for the bit, this would be a 5 star screwdriver, but as it is, it’s very annoying to have to reattach the bit every other use.Update 2: I bought an extender with a locking tip that’s also magnetic and it made me realize how much I love this thing (besides the stock extender) that I had to give it 5 stars again. I just use it way too much and love the organized case and basically everything else about it that it doesn’t feel fair to knock it a star for the stock extender. Do yourself a favor and just get the extender right away and keep it in the case. You won’t be disappointed.

Small but mighty cordless screwdriver
I know this is a small cordless screwdriver, but it’s perfect for so many small projects. It hold a charge for a long period of time and I love it.
