48 PCS White Tailor's Chalk

I received Wawak brand 48 PCS Wax Tailor Chalk from Golden Knight Brands via Amazon Fulfillment, not "Clover" brand. Every piece is 100% intact and undamaged by shipping. They include a single wide horizontal groove in the middle. Pictures are available on the manufacturer website. The picture on Amazon's page does not match the product I received, but the product I received is higher quality. Smooth, sharp with no irregularities. Highly recommended.

have used this product over the years... great alternative for marking fabric when sewing -- w/touch of the iron, the marks disappear... wish the chalk stayed sharp longer, but when you use it to the extent that I do, would be virtually impossible... I just run an old seam ripper over the edge of the chalk to shave off a little when needed -- gives me a sharp, crisp edge.

Terrible. I received ONE triangular piece which was broken multiple times. Its completely useless. A little square box containing a large TRIANGLE tailors chalk with a sticker stuck on it that was label 48 pcs.. I also see since I made the purchase they up'ed the price. As the picture i included showed I paid $5.95 on the 17th and i recieved the item today.. With all the positive reviews I went with this. never again.

Good quality tailors chalk. I use it to mark quilting stencils and anything left irons off and has not left any marks on my fabric. Will probably never use this entire box in my lifetime but don't have to worry about running out!

I thought this was the same product I bought from this sewing machine store. Both were labeled as Tailor's Chalk and are made of wax, but the one from that sewing machine store actually disappears when ironed. I thought it was the same product because of that single strip that across the center of the chalk. The picture shows one strip but the chalk that arrived had three strips across the center. I failed to notice that until it was too late. I would have returned it because the item that arrived was not as pictured. I will have to call that sewing machine store to get more information about the Tailor's Chalk they sell. The item is okay. I can use it. I can also give it away to friends who sew. It's just annoying when items that arrived are not as pictured, and I don't realize it until it's too late for a refund. I attached a picture which shows the product on the left that arrived.

Good value for the price, a single piece can last quite a while, I'm sure this entire box will last a long time for me. This is the "magic" disappearing chalk that vanishes under the heat of an iron, because it's wax-based. I could see how wax chalk could stain lighter garment fabric because of this feature, in which case I would recommend regular chalk you can buy at any craft or fabric store, which brushes off easily and will wash out.

works great....only problem is that the line was visible AFTER pressing on a dark grey fabric. Totally disappeared on everything else.

This is VERY waxy and not really my preference, I would rather have a drier chalk when it comes to marking fabric. If you prefer a wax crayon style chalk this is a great deal, if you like a dry style this is not for you.
