Clover 7500 45mm Rotary Cutter , Green

I've used the Olfa ergonomic for years and still love it. However I love anything made by Clover and saw that this could be used while sitting, so when Amazon had it at a great sale price I tried it. Love it better than my Olfa! I can use it sitting down, use less pressure, it fits my hand better, the blade is easier to change. I love that the blades come with a cover you don't remove until the blade is installed, my hands are shaky at times because of a neurological condition so I like having much less or even zero chance of cutting myself. The thumb latch to open and close it is very easy to move, I thought it would be hard for me to do but it is just built really well so you don't have to push it hard.Most brands are good, it's a matter of finding what fits your needs best. This far exceeded my expectations and is the only one I use now. Don't get me wrong, I still love my Olfa, I just always find myself reaching for the Clover.One problem. The blade that came in mine was defective. It didn't cut smoothly from the first cut, and started skipping after only cutting a half yard of fabric. After close inspection I could see about a half inch of the edge was bent. I bought a replacement blade and that cuts like no blade I've ever had before, it takes zero pressure and just whispers through a cut with ease.

Having using multiple rotary knives this one for the money is one of the highest quality Ive used. I use mine to cut different thicknesses of leather. Works GREAT and the blades stay sharp.

Feels very good in hand and is easy to use. My only complaint is that the blade skips and I had to replace it for a clean cut. All in all a nice rotary cutter for the price.

i have owned Dritz, Fiskers, Gingher and other rotary cutters. this is the best by far, easy and comfortable to use for left or right hand. blade changing very easy.

Easy to use, feels good in hand. Blade comes loose often, the quality of the manufacturing is poor. The plastic isn’t smooth in some places. The price was low for this cutter, I can see why.

Very convenient way to cut. Corners can be tricky, but otherwise, very useful tool to have. Never cut paper and the blade will last longer.

Like the ease of use. Great for either hand awesome for those with difficulty cutting

Sehr gutes Messer, mit dem man durch alle Stoffe durchkommt. Es ist mir ein unentbehrlicher Helfer geworden. Die Schnitte sind extrem sauber und es erleichtert die Arbeit ungemein.Durch viel Benutzen lockert sich die Schraube etwas. Einfach wieder anziehen!Absolut empfehlenswert.

I use this item for cutting blocks for quilts. I have had the 60 for years and have just bought the 45 and am finding it very good.
