iSi Professional 50-Pack N2O Cream Charger Set

Had to take the time to tape up the box, figure out how they went back in, and then lay out 42 chargers, one by one, back in the product box.Very unprofessional.But so far these "pro" chargers work way better than the regular isi chargers.

This is a copy & paste of my x600 purchase. Although it still applies.I've tried various brands of chargers, my preferred brand up until now has been Ultra Pure. Which is reasonably cheaper, nearly a whole $100 cheaper for the same quantity. However, these do have more of sweet taste and I find that adds. Additionally, these do have 0.4 grams more Nitrous per charger so in theory you're getting an extra 30 8gram chargers. I don't know if that makes a huge difference... but it's no drawback.I prefer the iSi Professionals and I am capable of paying the premium price. Also I find that these are much easier to use & require less force when used with my iSi dispenser. I know all the chargers are universally identical, but that's just what I experience. Less force to pierce the charger is great! If you have arthritis or something like that maybe keep that in mind.At the end of the day, I would recommend trying a smaller quantity say the 42 pack and see if you like them. If you find the little extra cost pays for you because you prefer the sweeter taste or less strength required to utilize then great! If not than I would recommend the Ultra Pure brand as you'll save a reasonable amount of money for very similar quality, but perhaps just get a little more of a metallic or bitter taste.Additionally, I feel the iSi brand chargers leave less of a residue in my dispenser, which is lovely. Ultra Pure can definitely produce a moderate amount of residue, but really this is very minor.

Although there is no doubt that these 'pro' chargers do indeed contain quality gas, they are not compatible with my dispenser and almost messed up the needle. In order conduct scientific research, a ghetto 'cracker' was required. To verify weight, a milligram scale was used. An empty cartrige weighs 20.912 grams and a full one weighs 29.188 grams, which means these contain around 8.276 grams of n2o - not bad. In comparison, a standard isi cartridge appears to contain 7.569 grams of n2o. One thing is certain - ISI makes quality gas.

GIMMICK. Absolutely NO difference between these and standard ISI units with the exception of tank color. Regular ISI and these tanks have the same content variance. Some regular ISI tanks have identical content. It seems ISI has found a way to upsale their product using "up to 20% more" as bait. These tanks DO NOT have consistently higher volume.

This is my second purchase of this brand for my whip cream charger and the first set worked great not a single dud. the last few from my previous purchase were over a year old and they worked perfectly.

Love these N2O cartridages for making fresh healthy whipped cream using powdered Erythritol or Liquid Stevia! Erythritol will not spike incelin levels in the body! Very healthy for diabetics if using Organic Horizon Heavy Cream in despenser. Thankful to have found this on Amazon!

So far, I find that this fills up my ISI better than the nonprofessional version charges, also name brand.. Usually I would have left over cream and the old regular ISI chargers would run out. I have a iSi 163001 Profi Professional Cream Whipper, 1-Pint.

Chargers work great! Only reason I didn't give them a 5 start was that they stick inside the canister holder on my whipped cream maker. They are difficult to remove. But they make superb whipped cream!!!
