The Civil Service Competencies Book: Get yourself a Civil service job

I used this book to help me with my latest interview. I hate interviews but this book made things a lot easier. A lot of interview preparation books are useless because they don't follow the competency based format the Civil Service uses. This book understands this format back to front. It has excellent ideas about how to remind yourself of possible competency examples you hadn't considered.If I get this job I'll owe this book much of the credit.Edit October 21: I got the job
