Cheap Pen Writes Like A Champ
Beginner pen for my stepson (17) whose handwriting consists of a random series of stright'ish lines and oval'ish circles. of varying sizes. No one could read his handwriting, not even the author.Good news is the pen has never been an issue so far during his handwriting practice. He practices with the pen for a half hour every day and the only pen maintenance he's had to do is replace an empty cartridge. When he first started, he kept pressing too hard causing the EF nib to dig into the paper. I swapped the nib with an old Pilot I haven't used since the 90's. He's writing with a CM (cursive medium) nib; pretty much all Pilot steel nibs are interchangeable. I prefer the fine/extra-fine because when I started using fountain pens, anything bigger than a fine would feather and bleed on the paper too much. He's keeping with his practice and having a "special" pen helps. His hand fatigue is greatly reduced since writing with a fountain pen--he's used to pressing hard with a pencil to get dark lines. Now the he doesn;'t have to press down hard or maintain a death grip on a sslippery pencil barrel, writing for a half hour doesn't require a break to relax his hand.

a great pen!
I use this for my pen at work all the time. It isn't so expensive that I worry about losing it but it is distinctive enough that no one would want to steal it. It writes well and it makes me smile to see the face on the nib.

It’s good
It’s not a bad starter pen.. but for me personally I feel like for it being a fine tip it leaks a lot of ink out. If it were to give the holder a bit more control of the ink flow it was be perfect

Delightful to use, beautiful true EF that writes superbly
This pen makes me smile every time I use it. The emoji face on the nib may be meant for children, but adults like to smile too, especially when they have to do grown-up stuff like paying bills. The kanji sticker is very sweet, and the cartridges are easy to use and convenient until I find that elusive perfect color bottled ink. ありがとうございました!

Perfect nib, improved dry-out prevention.
I have another one of these from earlier that dries out easily if I don't use it for a while. That was the only down side. Now I see a rubber stopper put in the cap to prevent this issue. Never have to replace a rarely used cartridge yet and it's been about 2 months. On top of that I love all other aspects about this pen.

inconsistent
Ordered two, shipped separately, one of the packages were completely empty.. I did receive the missing pen.. But, one works as expected and the other seems like a thicker grade (I ordered the ultra fine)

My new favorite sketch pen!!
I’m obsessed with this pen! It’s affordable, refillable and fun! Writing with it is absolutely pleasurable, but I have been drawing with it for a while now and I don’t see enough praise for it in that regard. I like it more than my copic fountain drawing pens and school G. I got the clear one as well, which is just great to look at!

Great fountain pen for beginner and seasoned alike
For the price, this is a great little fountain pen. There is some resistance due to the nib size, but it’s perfect for me. The clear barrel is fun and light weight. I find almost no bleed through/shadow because the point is fine. Can be used for everything!!!
