UTK Red Light Therapy Device with 5 Wavelengths-(470:630:660:850:940nm) LED Infrared Red Light Therapy-Upgrade 470nm and 940nm Near Infrared Light

This is one of our favorite light therapy handheld a little pricey but seems to be definitely worth it has Red light two powerful levels on one side and then two levels of blue on the other but it seems to be very high powered and work well for us

So far I like the product and has been helping with minor pain. Trying to use on veins and brusing on my ankles also so time will tell with that.I will say one thing, the instructions to turn on pulse in the manual as I have uploaded is incorrect. It says to hold the power and quick click to turn on, in which it turns on right away. It says to hold for 5 seconds and press again to turn on with the pulse mode, which does not happen. Turns out you have to turn on, and while on, hold the power button for 5 seconds and it switches to pulse. Wish this was explained better.Also no instructions about battery. Need to charge in the charger until light turns green, which customer support said takes 6-8hours, but for me I think it took longer then that. The light never changed so I had no idea and thought the charger just didn't do that since it was taking forever. Plugged it in one night, checked it the next morning and the light was green. Besides that, so far no complaints.

In Vegas my wife got suckered into a demo of a similar product (both blue and red spectrum LED hand held device). The sales person wanted 7 grand. Reduced the price to 2 grand. Thank God she said no. However, she was able to touch her fingers to her palm after treatment. Which is saying something. I did my research. This unit performs the same effect of relief. Same wavelengths and same brightness. AND the treatment area is larger than the expensive Jupiter thing. The technology has been around for decades. If you have read my review this far - my advice is don't pay exorbitant sales commissions. (4 stars because the directions were sparse and needed an editor.) ...Update: my wife's age spot on her cheek is visibly going away with use of this device. I am now a believer.

This device is an excellent price, very easy to use, and best of all, it actually has helped everything I've used it on so far. I'm dealing with a meniscus issue in my knee, and it really has helped with the pain. I'm still using it for this as meniscus issues take time to heal. I have used it on an old break on my humorous bone that recently started hurting again, and it relieved that pain in one treatment. My mother has arthritis in one hand, and I did a treatment on her hand and she said it was a little uncomfortable during treatment, but reported that it felt better the next day. I'm currently trying it on some old scars, it seems to be lessening the lines of the scarring... another couple of treatments will be necessary. The product arrived sooner than quoted... So everything about the device and the service and the price has been fully and even beyond my best expectations!

When I bought it was $98, it’s now just over a year later the device will not work at all. I can’t figure out if it’s the charging device broke that’s defective and the batteries are dead or not? Cause the clip broke by snapping so I can’t recharge batteries. Rendering it useless. I emailed and the quality “California based customer service,” said I could purchase a new device on their website. There is no extra replacement charger from my search. Just the Amazon whole kit. That’s pretty bad they can’t send you a new charger when you pay THAT much for a glorified flashlight honestly. It’s about the size of those cheap camp flashlights for kids. I would STRONGLY purchase a different one or a panel device. This died quickly and was inconvenient to charge by having to take the batteries out and place in charger which ultimately broke after maybe 5 uses. Support another worthy seller and do not support this one I warn you. Poor, nonexistent customer service. Also glasses in included were cheapo deluxe. Literally maybe 0.5 cents. Total gimmick.

I ordered this and really liked it. I hadn't used it in a while, though, and when I tried to use it last week, the blue lights wouldn't come on. I contacted the seller, and got a very quick response. They asked a question or two, and said they would send a replacement. I already received it today.UPDATE - it is now just 3 weeks past the window for getting customer support, and on the replacement I had received, AGAIN the blue light part of it quit working. Since this happened on both of them, they must have some sort of design problem with the blue light part of it. So disappointed.

Having had 2 hand surgeries, I was anxious to receive my red light. It came in a wonderful pouch with 2 rechargeable batteries. I was having trouble getting the batteries to charge so I reached out to customer service. Vivian was amazing. She asked me to send her a video so she could see and understand my problem. Within 1 week, I had a whole new device and its working great. I am so grateful to find a company that backs up their products and has such great follow through. I am most satisfied with this product.

Fantastic device especially for this price. I'm an equine massage therapist and the horses can't lie about how a product makes them feel! I actually have to be cautious using the pulse feature because I can get a big reaction, especially in an area with blocked blood flow. Only complaints (and not about function at all) are that I have accidentally turned it on in both my pocket and the box often because the button is easily pressed accidentally. The battery packs don't last a super long time, but honestly could also be because I have it accidentally turned on for a while.... Anyway, the horses can't lie and they've all given 5 stars!
