It is not all crystals it is glass pieces. Disappointed.
We were super excited to find this advent calendar and once it actually came it took weeks we started opening it and finding colored glass instead of crystals. I assumed it being made by national geographic it would be good. It was very disappointing. I wonder if national geographic knows their name is on a product that isn't a quality item.

HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY
I ordered this product and not only was it torn up and smashed when I got it, the crystals were horribly cheap. Not even crystals. Colored glass. There were many duplicate “colored glass” and one day was even missing a “colored glass”. 0/10 DO NOT BUY

Disappointing
The pieces are cheap glass pieces like you would put in the bottom of a small aquarium. Disappointing.

There are only a couple of pieces that are not just cheap colored glass. Not at all as described!

Total rip off!!
This product is a total scam!! My mom bought this for my daughter. She gave it to her on Thanksgiving and my daughter was SO excited to open the first stone on December 1st. When she opened it, the first “stone” was a glass pebble. I told her to open another one and it was identical to the first one!! I had her open all of them and there was NOT 1 real stone!! I have one very disappointed girl and my mom is out $40!! Buyer beware!!!
