BEAST is such a great supplement company. I've personally been taking Creature for going on ten years. It is the only supplement that will not change, everything you need in a creatine with decent enough optimizers as a plus.

Decided to try this product after reading a number of reviews. Although I am skeptical of reviews after reading and watching videos about review scams being so common these days. I took a chance and no regrets. This is one of the best blends of creatine I have ever tried. My workout consists of swimming, HIIT and weight training. This product satisfies my entire workout routine. I have endurance, focus, and strength when I need it. Bonus is, recovery is quick and no side effects such as bloating! The result is immediate and now I'm hooked. Thank you BEAST!

This product has delivered on it's promise and I only take 3 capsules before my workout and none after. I saw boots in energy and muscle fatigue is delayed. There is no bloating thanks to the creatine complex they have formulated. I've taken this on an empty stomach with no pains that monohydrate will give you, so feel free to take it fasted or with food. Only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is that their formula seemed stronger a few years back but it's still a very solid product for the price point.
