It runs away too hot, even as intended. Extra fans are needed or there is a design flaw.

Thermostat failed after about 1 year of use.

The first one I ordered didn't work at all, zero chilling. Set it up according to instructions. Had to pay over a hundred dollars to send it back because they don't cover it. Hopefully the replacement works.
