Awesome!
We actually got this to make fruit pies with but decided to try a little in our cilantro lime vinaigrette we were making.. just because the cilantro always all floats to the top so you use most of the cilantro before you use most of the bottle. But wow, this stuff totally works! We only used about 1/4t per bottle amount (depends on how many dressing bottles you’re filling) and blended all the ingredients together (cilantro, vinegar, tons of lime, zero acre oil, salt and sugar.) viola! Since I have it we’ll be trying it in many things just for funsies.Note: no, you don’t need this to make almond milk or probably any plant milk. We have, for years, simply tossed 1/4c almonds into our high-powered blender (if you don’t have one you’ll need more probably), then strain that into a half gallon glass jar. Lastly, just top it up with water and 1/2-1T salt. Easy! Just shake when you use it and no lecithin required. If you absolutely need to use lecithin just throw it into the blender with your ingredients. Blend a little longer than you normally would. That’s it. Enjoy!

I love the Texture of these Lecithin Granules
We follow a homemade food recipe to feed our dog, given to us by our Holistic Vet.We have done so for years. One of the ingredients is Lecithin Granules. I have always used another well-known brand, which comes in a 16 oz container. There is nothing wrong with that brand, but I've always disliked the manner in which the granules stick together and seem to be moist once the container is opened. This happens to the unused granules that I am saving for the next batch, because you don't use all 16 oz in one batch of dog food.So I decided to try XPRS Soy Lecithin Granules this time, and am really impressed the way the granules do not clump together after the package has been opened. It remains fresher in my opinion.Yes, it is a more expensive choice, but I think it is worth it. My pet is very important to me.

Disappointed
Not great for cooking.1) It is lumpy, so I need to break it up beforehand, and2) Has a strong taste that dominates my ice creams. Not pure enough.

A must for gluten free baking
Best price around. Mild to no taste. Mix imto other ingredients and it just dissolves. I will definitely purchase again in the future.
