I purchased both the Silver cooler and the Brown wicker cooler and let me tell you the quality was better than expected. I love both units and if you are on the fence about purchasing one of these rolling chests from UPHA then I say do not hesitate to buy any of the models. The build quality is excellent, they are beautiful, and to top it off the customer service is one of the best I have encountered from an Amazon seller. I had some questions when I received the units and Patricia from UPHA was quick to respond and extremely helpful in resolving my issues letting me know this company stands by their products. I was very impressed with their level of customer support. Again, if you are thinking of purchasing one of these then JUST DO IT. I promise you will love it as much as I do!

This rolling ice chest is fantastic when hosting parties! Keep the drinks on the deck - not in the fridge. Looks very sharp with heavy duty wheels. Sellers are very responsive & top-notch to do business with.

We've used this for over a month and it's not that great. Ice doesn't last too long, it's kind of wobbly and the lid has to be adjusted every time it's opened. On the plus side, it holds a lot and looks nice. It was easy to put together and the bottle opener is a nice feature. It's easy to move but overall, we're disappointed with this purchase. The main reason to buy a cooler is to keep things cold...this just doesn't keep beverages cold for very long.

I bought this and use it a lot never been in the rain and it is so rusty and falling apart in just one year! and the side is popping out poor quality skip this one and move on

Unboxed it and found the hinges were already rusty. Purchased to store cold drinks for an indoor party, looked nice but I don't expect it to last... Would not recommend for this price.

Received from seller on time. Assembly required but not too complicated. This cooler is attractive, has locking wheels that roll well when unlocked, holds a lot of drinks and keeps ice a fairly long time. We loaded it for a party about 4 pm one day and there was still some ice in it when we emptied it the next afternoon.

Extremely disappointed with this cooler. While it looks nice, the build quality and durability are lacking. Upon receiving the cooler and during assembly, it became clear problems would be forthcoming. Screws did not fit and/or were stripped, not to mention four leg holes are simply missing (you will end up with four extra screws). Also, the drain plug arrived detached and had to be reattached to the chain. Within a month, despite being covered (purchased separate cover) and with minimal use, rust is appearing in multiple areas. Not sure what to do at this point. I was unable to locate contact information for UPHA customer service.UPDATE: Customer service reached out to me and sent out a replacement. It recently arrived and I am satisfied. The fact that customer service was concerned and wanted to remedy speaks volumes about the company and as such, I am raising my initial rating to 4 stars.

It did arrive with a few very small dents, but nothing drastic. Looks great on our patio.
