Chargers are a nightmare. Always getting bent out of shape and breaking. Not this one. Works a treat, just place the phone down and away it goes. Good charge time, no hassle. I always box it up if I’m taking it away to keep it safe.

I liked that the product is compact so I can keep it on my desk for convenient charging. It charges a little slow so I wouldn't use it as a primary charger, but as a place to put my phone it works well, keeping the battery topped up. Happy with the value for money of this product.

Great product but very slow charging

Good product. Can be difficult to get the wireless working. Having to move in different positions before it starts to charge.

Worked fine for one month (used only Monday-Friday 9-5). As of today, it switches between charging and not charging every 20 seconds or so. Very annoying, especially when the battery is under 15% so every 20 seconds it disconnects and the phone bleeps to warn me of a low battery.I cannot recommend something that lasts only one month before failing. It's not fit for purpose. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The product itself is absolutely faultless. Charges mine and my partners phone fine. My only issue is I have an IPhone 13 with a case on it and the bezel around the camera. The phone only charges in a certain position as the bezel lifts the phone away from the pad and breaks contact. It’s not a huge issue, just something to be mindful of for those late night, bleary eyed fumbling trying to charge the phone. More of a phone issue than the pad issue but thought it was worth noting. 10/10 product and would happily buy again 😁
