I have tons of tshirts and only a couple long sleeve shirts and here comes cold weather. With these arm sleeves i can be warm in a tshirt. I dont use the thumb hole, instead wear them on the wrist that way i get more arm coverage. They fit snugly, no rolling down. May be tight on you if you have some muscles. Hope this helps.
