Simple Joys by Carter's Girls' 4-Pack Tumbling Shorts

My daughter just turned 4 years old. She normally wears a size 5 in shorts and size 6 in tops. She is roughly 43” tall and 40lbs. I followed the instructions of the other reviews and ordered one size down from her normal size in these shorts. I ordered a size 4 and as you can see from the picture they fit well. I think if you order one size down these shorts they should fit fine. Unless your kid is on the heavier side then maybe you could stick with your normal size. In the picture she is wearing the color navy shorts. I knew from the other reviews they wouldn’t be as short and fitted as some other bands of cartwheel shorts are. Please keep that in mind that these shorts aren’t as tight as biker shorts. We are fine with the way they fit. My daughter says they’re comfy. The waist band is stretchy and the shorts themself feel like a soft cotton blend. The waist band hits just right below the belly button. I just purchased these for play wear and everyday. They are the length of regular shorts. I will probably order the grey/black ones too. They are comfy and casual and easy to throw on. They are easy for toddlers to pull up and down to go to the restroom on the potty. They washed fine with very minimal shrinkage if any at all. These are great to throw on under dresses, worn alone, for sleeping, lounging, running errands, etc. My daughter especially likes to wear these to bed. She prefers these over her denim shorts for everyday. I’ve always been a fan of “Carter’s simple joys” leggings for babies and toddlers and these shorts are similar in feel to those. They hold up well. The fabric is thicker than old navy cartwheel shorts and leggings. Not to mention these simple joys shorts are on sale for a great price, which is why I’m ordering another pack of them. Hope my review was helpful to someone.

Love these shorts! They’re the perfect length. My girl has some thick thighs and they aren’t too tight at all. Sometimes ride up, but no big deal. They’re thin but not crazy thin, slightly see through but diapers have all these crazy designs so unless your baby is wearing dark colored bottoms all the time I feel that’s an issue you’ll run into constantly

These shorts are fantastic! I have tried so many brands/sizes, and nothing seemed to fit my daughter right. She is 20-months and weighs 27 pounds, and she still wears a diaper. All the 2T biker shorts are super narrow, which doesn’t work for her because of the diaper. These shorts are like regular shorts….not too tight, not too long on her…they’re perfect. We have ordered several sets. So happy I tried them!

My daughter is very comfortable in them. She says she can run and jump and no bother. Perfect happy.

I got these for my 4-year-old daughter to wear under her dresses. They are thin enough where you can see any outline in the dress and she loves them

Fits my petite 21 pound 20 month old perfectly with room to spare as she grows. They are very comfy and wash well.

My granddaughter won’t wear normal underwear and has a sensory problem with clothes. These shorts are the first in many to pass her quality standard. Will be getting more.

Son shorts cortos, no bikers (yo buscaba bikers y no leí bien....). La tela es tipo la de los pants, de buen grosor. El largo es arriba de medio muslo. Nosotros los usamos para ponerlos debajo de la falda del uniforme y le funcionan bien. Mide 112c y pesa 17k y la talla 5 nos quedó perfecta. Primer lavada y secadora y no encogieron y el negro no despintó nada.

Very thin and cheap material . Don,t expect them to last long. But will keep them as good to run around the house/yard in. Ordered small for size 6 grand daughter and they are loose on her but she is very slim and wants them loose. Wouldn,t order again
