I'm very satisfied with the cream. The manufacturer says a little goes a long way, and wow are they spot on. Just a pea-sized amount is more than enough for my average sized hands. The cream is thicker than other brands I've used, but spreads easily over palms and fingers. Once rubbed in, my hands feel as if I have product on them, but not sticky, tacky, or slippery. It's almost a silky cue-chalk type feel, but perhaps even that isn't the best descriptor.Regardless, I don't think I'm trying anything else for the foreseeable future. This is a great night time hand cream with almost no scent and a remarkable impact to my hands and evening regimen. Recommended!

I have a serious issue with dry and cracked hands from washing them all the time (I am in vet med) and my skin refuses to absorb anything that is even a little too thick/rich. I have tried SO MANY LOTIONS but nothing works. I then tried this overnight lotion and DAMN IT'S AMAZING! I've been using it for about 4 years now and have never found anything that works remotely as well. It only takes one night to see some real improvement and when used consistently my hands feel perfect. It's not greasy at all, doesn't create sensory issues when I use it, and fully absorbs by the time I wake up, leaving my hands soft, smooth, and moisturized. It's an excellent hand cream, and I couldn't recommend it more.

My hands get super dry and cracked in the winter and I have never been able to find a lotion that actually works and feels comfortable. The best most lotions would do is keep my hands feeling moisturized until the next time I walked my hands and then they would feel dry again. Many lotions I tried would also leave a greasy feeling which was very uncomfortable.This working hands night lotion solves both of those problems. It absorbs fairly quickly into the skin and leaves my hands feeling moisturized all day, even if I only apply this once every day at bed time.I was concerned about the cost at first since it is quite expensive for a small quantity but it goes a long way. You need very little each time you apply and I've only been applying once a day so it will last me far longer than any other lotion. It works better and will be much more cost effective!

My hands get extremely dry to where the skin is so rough that it hurts to touch my face and has even snagged my clothing. I have tried so many lotions claiming to soften dry skin and nothing has really worked for me until I tried this one. It is the most amazing hand cream! My hands feel smooth and soft immediately after using it. It soaks into your skin very well, leaving no greasy residue, and leaves your hands incredibly soft. With continued use, your skin actually improves. It does have a strange smell. It isn't a very strong smell so it doesn't really bother me. I just wish it had a better smell or even no smell at all. That is really a minor complaint compared to the benefits. I will never buy another brand of hand cream and I will never allow myself to run out of O'Keeffe's.

Amazing, this stuff works wonders for my hands year round, you can see a difference in as little as one night. It has a nice light scent to it. Kinda pricey but worth it

This works well. I buy both the healthy feet and the healthy hands, but I actually started to use the healthy feet on my hands too because my hands were very very dry and it worked much better. So my recommendation if you have very, very dry skin would be to just use the healthy feet on both your hands and feet. It’s a little thicker and consistency. Works great. If you’re not overly dry, healthy hands is great.

Huge difference overnight. Must have for winter months if you're running the heat.
