This Black Lace Veil is wonderful but note that there are no flowers on the top of the veil.This is a black, fingertip length, veil that is gathered on the top to a metal comb. The edge of the comb is covered in multiple layers of tulle so you don't see it when wearing the veil. You place the hair comb into your hair to secure the veil on your head. It's made of a very fine, soft, tulle. There is wide, black, lace applied to the bottom of the veil. It has 2 layers so you can bring one layer down over your face, if desired.This veil is lovely and will be perfect for my La Catrina Halloween costume. It's well made and the tulle is of high quality. I was surprised though, that there are no flowers attached to the veil as shown in the product page pictures. Still, it's perfect and for the price, I think it's a good deal.

This is an unexpectedly beautiful veil. I have blonde hair and this black veil looks amazing. I wear my hair half up and half down for the best effect. I wore it right out of the bag and fluffed it up a little. It looks so dramatic and I am already thinking of ways I will wear it for Halloween. Maybe with a painted skull face? Black lipstick, black eyeshadow and heavy dark contouring. I can't wait!

This is just a cheap circle of lace fabric. It is completely see through and looks like someone dropped an unfinished skirt over your head. It looks a tiny bit better when worn behind the head.It is nowhere close to the shtick dark black veil in the photo. My daughter refused to wear it.

A good veil for any costume. It's big enough to go over the shoulders and the comb works well, even in my fine hair. Like they say, it has two layers and has lace edging. You can easily keep it in the bag they send it in too.
