The book was very thoughtful and thought-provoking. I do wish it had addressed the fears, loneliness and uncertainty of a woman in her mid-seventies when her spouse suddenly dies. However, I did find much of the lessons could be adapted to my situation.

This is my third book from Joel Osteen and I love to read them. They have helped me get thru some battles on my own and this book did come to me at a right time. It’s a book helps you break the cycle of defeat, and gives you hope to conquer your fears and be and really feel confident within yourself.

Ive read this book through once and will be reading it again. It is very easy to read, good print and spacing. I like that there was a good balance between Bible and personal testimonials

Some readers may find this book repetitive, but I found myself highlighting sentences on nearly every page, such was its relevance to me. If you need encouragement to continue the journey and find the strength necessary to flourish, then this book will surely help.
