Works with PWM fans
Works with my nzxt case fans and connects to a case fan header for motherboard control. It's brilliant and an essential part of my pc build

Cheap and cheerful and does the job
PWM Fan Hub PC Case Fan Controller 4 Pin.The hub comes with a 4 PIN PWN cable to connect it to your motherboard header. 3 of the pins are wired, the tacho or fan speed report pin isn't wired as is standard for all hubs and splitters. Its very simple to connect up, my PC recognised it was PWM and I created a manual fan curve for the attached fans in the BIOS which worked perfectly.

Perfect!
Was trying to find a simple solution for controlling the 9 fans I have in my case. This is perfect. I can use the Corsair software with my AIO cooler and control all the fans in my case at the same time which is exactly what I wanted.

Unfortunately doesn’t work as described.
Unfortunately this device doesn’t work as you would expect, connected to 6 pwm fans (Be Quiet! silent wings 4 140mm) connected to sata power and to a pwm header on x570 motherboard. The motherboard software or bios doesn’t report back the fans rpm and adjusting the fans on a curve doesn’t increase their speed. The port is set to pwm and not voltage control. They also seem to run at a very slow speed, barley any air is moved when connected to this hub, cannot confirm their rpm due to not showing. I tried on my spare system and had same issues.

Christmas present
My brother asked for this, it seems perfect, once he opens it at Christmas, if there’s any issues with it I’ll update this review, if not, 5 stars, all good.

Unable to change fan speeds
Hi, so far I'm unable to change my fan speeds connected to this hub. A fan is connected to the red slot, and the pwm input goes to sys_fan1. This allows me to see the rpm of the fans, however changing this in the bios does absolutely nothing. Any suggestions? This simple issue takes the item from a 5 star to a 2 for me.
