Works with same spec'd ram in Mac Pro 5,1 desktop
Confirmed shipping cost and brand with Dataram prior to order, they made sure I knew it was ECC type "server" ram.It matched the model I already had in dual channel. Ordered 2 sticks, arrived within the shipping window np.Put them and and worked perfectly, now I have triple channel. In Canadian funds, I have bought sticks slightly cheaper off kijiji but they aren't easy to come by...and shipping is shipping. If I ever want to go to 64, I'll use Dataram again.

Works Like A Champ for a DELL Precision T7500
All I can say is that this RAM works perfectly with a DELL Precision T7500. Even through this is classified as a "Workstation" they are essentially Servers on the inside converted into work horse workstations. Which means that the unbuffered RAM worked like a charm on these type of workstations but will not work on Normal Desktop Boards which is why those who complained that it did not work for them did not carefully research the specs of their systems before buying. Works great for HP Z420 Workstation
Bought 2 sticks and brought my Xeon E5v2 homelab box up to 32GB. Double check your existing DIMM's....mine were Samsung ECC and these work fine in my system.

False advertisement + costly shipping!
I discovered that this ram works only on servers not on ordinary computers,it should be indicated in main description, this is false advertisement.I have been scamed and i bought 2 of these with 20$ of shipping.

Didn't work in two different PCs, threw memory error.
Didn't work at all.I tried it in two different PCs and both of them wouldn't boot past a memory error.Returned the item.
