Perfect for home workouts
Very good band for the price. I use it to workout at home and it’s perfect. Great for squats, bicep curl, side crunches and many more. Easy to us and comfortable. The quality is great.

It works, it won’t snap.
It didn’t snap, it’s a bit short for some exercises. I use it for taekwondo leg strengthening exercises.

Great for starting to tone up
I did not know what to expect - my first try at this kind of thing - it was narrow and thick. It will fit under your feet up to your elbow so you can exercise all sorts of muscles in both your arms and legs.

This band is made from quality material that is durable, strong and rigid. No worries of breakage or tear if stretched longer or harder. I have been using it regularly for more than an year and it is still going strong. Love it and seeing better results in shorter periods than training with weights. As with any band, try not to tie it around rough edges and preferably use an anchor. If no anchor, take an old T-shirt or a rag cloth and tie edges together to form a loop. Insert the knot between door and door frame to lock in place and tie the band through the loop. Care tips; wipe off sweat stains with a cloth after every workout (occasionally with a damp one). To remove tough stains if any, soak in mild detergent for a while and rinse off with water and dry in the shade or in the sun for an hour and not more.
