Screen cracked
My iphone screen crackedwith noral use. The phone was not dropped over 4 feet. Their warranty states they stand firmly behind their product and its certified to survive 1000’s of drops. When i notified the company of the cracked screen the company stated I would need to send it back and if there was not a problem with the case , i would pay shipping and other fees. The warranty only covers the case. I would Never buy from case-mate or Pelican.
