Rachael Ray Tools & Gadgets 2-Piece Lazy Tools Set, Red

I am not a big RR fan, but have just become very displeased the last several years with serving spoons available on the market which are way too shallow/small to scoop out potatoes, casserole, or even a Summer berry mix! And I didn't want a big Chrome ladle that #1- could serve up a roast it's so big or #2- is difficult to store due to its height. While looking on a different website, I discovered this set. Amazon had a much better price and offered several more colors. Their return policy also made it a win-win situation. Upon arrival, I was VERY happy to find the color was spot on, its weight was hefty but not unwieldy (important as I have arthritis), and its functional use for my needs was perfect. I LOVE LOVE LOVE how it handles pasta, thicker consistency dishes such as chili, and even desserts such as a layered Blueberry Lemon trifle. Its strong and washes easily. The notch for allowing it to rest on the edge of a pan or dish is a great bonus! Overall, SUPER pleased and definitely going to purchase in several other colors.

Never really watched her show but saw an episode where Rachael used these ingenious spoons that hung onto her pot after stirring and the food dropped back inside. I didn’t know it was her brand so I searched using various terms. Found it on Amazon and the price was decent for silicone spoons. Love the deep bowl of the ladle and the rigidity of both spoons to scrape the bottoms of the Dutch ovens. I was going to downgrade to 4 stars when the handle of the ladle got a little warm because I kept it on the pot. Then I noticed the curves construction of the handle and realized that it can still sit on the side of the pot and braced against the handle of the pot. No heat whatsoever. Very functional and useful. Very happy with the purchase

I have been eying these for a long time and finally decided to buy them because I've started cooking at home a lot more often. These are very well made. They are pretty heavy as another reviewer noted, but I like that. I don't have to worry about them breaking in two when I'm trying to get something unstuck from a pot. I love that they are silicone and won't scratch up my expensive Le Creuset pots and the spoon rest is even wide enough to fit on those without any problems. The sides of the pots are pretty thick, so I was concerned they wouldn't when I ordered them. I love the red color, but I would have taken them in any color just to have them. The main selling point for me was that I no longer have to dirty another dish to with my spoon or worry about the handle falling down into the pot and getting it dirty or even the entire spoon falling in. I've seen these a million times on the Rachel Ray show and every time I've wanted them, so I'm glad I finally got them, because now I don't know how I cooked without them. I may buy a second set so that when I'm cooking during the holidays, each pan will have it's own spoon rested on the sides. That's how much I like these, so get some. You won't be sorry.

Love these spoons! Amazing quality!! I love that they are a sturdy, solid, and strong material so they aren’t flimsy, won’t break like plastic, or bend like metal. Despite being solid, they are silicone material so they are lightweight and not heavy at all. They wont get hot so I don’t have to worry about burning my hand, they won’t melt like some plastic spoons, they don’t scratch pans or dishes, and they are dishwasher safe. So far they haven’t stained either (like from spaghetti sauce). It’s also super nice that they rest right on the side of all my pots and pans so I don’t have to have clean a spoon rest or have the spoon rest taking up my cooking/countertop space. I highly recommend you purchase this spoon set!!

These utensils are a great idea, especially if you don't want to dirty a spoon rest for a one-dish meal. Just be careful of the size and weight of your pot. These utensils (especially the ladle) are somewhat heavy and can tip over a light pot or smaller saucepan. I almost did this, even though it appeared sturdy when I first rested the spoon. Until you are sure your cooking vessel will hold the weight of the product over a period of time, do not leave the spoon on the pot without complete supervision. Had I not watched for several minutes, soup would have been everywhere and taken quite some time to clean. Luckily, I was there and the fire was already turned off. Nice products, but best on very large stock and dutch oven type post. Use with extreme caution in lighter weight 2 qt and 3 qt sauce pans.. Just my experience. Other than that, I have had no problems and they serve their purpose well.

Very different. Could be very helpful for people with arthritis or strength issues in their hands. The handles are thicker and seem to be economically designed. They are a little bit heavier than they look and are a little differently balanced. The good news is that it doesn't take long to get used to them. The notches in the side of the handles work really well on different pots. When I cook dinner and attach the spoon to the side of the pan or pot for other people to serve themselves, every person looks at it to see how it works! Like I said, they are different! The three different spoon shapes are well thought out and can handle just about any every day cooking task.

These are very well constructed. In a previous set, our son played around way to much (boys will be boys) with the ladle and broke the steel inside but did not affect the rubber/latex/whatever it is. It still works as intended. Now the bowl of the ladle can "bend up" but if used as intended, the ladle still holds chili and crock pot lasagna great! Very well constructed. We have a house of right and left handed people. these do seem designed for a right hander but the lefties do not have any trouble using it despite the "bend". The grips are very well designed and even though they use it offhanded, it feels very good in the hand so they feel quite confident with the ladle in hand for example.

A lovely gift for my daughter in law , I had been looking for this spoon for so long.

I am very happy with this set! It's sturdy and the spoon and ladle stay well put on the side of my pans. It's easy to clean and I feel it will last. Those are not cheaply made like a lot of sets that I bought in the past.

Love this. Especially the lazy handle. Good Quality, it's not those light weight material scoops.
