I bought a couple of these for my senior dog, it's difficult these days for him to get up on carpet/hardwood flooring. These mats are making it a lot easier on him and me for that matter. I like the comfort of these under my feet. The reviews about them not laying flat must be about a different mat. Right out of the box, these laid perfectly flat. I will be purchasing more of these, I can see many uses for them around the homestead. 3/23/20 I have bought 5 of these so far and am still loving them. Not a single problem at all. I will be buying more. I only wish they would come in different sizes and in runners.

I bought this mat for the back of my boat, which gets very messy when we are crabbing. It appears to be very durable and I like how the edges are beveled to help avoid tripping. It is also very reasonably priced which because of that and the other reviews is the reason I purchased it.I would recommend this to a friend.How I review:When I review a product said product automatically starts with four stars as I rarely will purchase anything below four stars. Got 2 for my covered front porch. Yes they had a smell to them but I was putting them outside so they aired out and I haven't smelled it since. Thick. Comfy. Laid flat immediately. So nice and durable, thinking about getting more for my back patio and garage. These are heavy. And would feel really good if standing on them for periods of time. There were a few he's where the piece didn't punch all the way out. Easy fix.

In a 60hr week about 40 of it is spent where I put this mat. I’m very pleased with how much it has helped my feet. It lays flat so no tripping. It’s thick and squishy enough but still durable. Well worth the money. Even had hydraulic oil on it but a little Dawn and water cleaned it right up.

And just lately, a third one running in front of the refrigerator.>.. these are much harder a surface than the old sponge-like ones, but spills are easy to clean up, and I can just ake them out to the desk, scrub off any accumulated food with soapy water, rinse with the hose, allow to drain and back into the kitchen they go.>.. these are as easy on the feet as the others, but obviously much more durable and much easier to clean.. I thought the first ones were very good, these are much better!

I use this in front of my lathe. It works great to trap the chips and keep my shoes free from embedded chips. It looks good, lays flat, it has little if any (new rubber) odor once it has been unpackaged for a few days. Delivery was on time and the packaging was appropriate for the item. I will buy another for my milling machine. Tip: Lay it out in a warm place for a day or two to let it relax after having been rolled up. It will lay out completely flat after that.

Beware, these mats are not like the other six I have purchased. They look the same but the ends curl up which makes you trip over them and a huge liability . I contacted the vendor but no response, I am sure I am not the only one with this complaint.

I think I'd buy it again. I'm using it as a floor cover for the "basement" in my RV. As far as protecting my beautiful lenolium hardwoods, it's doing a great job. I roll very heavy things around on it and I have the piece of mind that it's not destroying the floor. The only problem is that it stinks. It does have a very strong rubber-ish smell, bit I'm pretty sure that's expected. I like it's performance. Gave it four stars because of the strong odor. Almost could do 5 stars.
