I use it on my feet every day, and would say yes to using on arms & legs every day. Very mild.

Q: Would this be recommended to use for exfoliation before the nu skin self tanner gel?

It’s great to exfoliate but I have never used a self tanner gel so I couldn’t really answer in relation to that.

Great product, makes your skin feel new!

I love this product. I bought it years ago from a salon I went to and when it ran out I thought I was out of luck. A while later I had the brilliant idea to check Amazon and there it was.
