The tin is solid, non stick and feels like it should last, the insert makes for a nice size portion and still cooks well.

This baking tin is absolutely brilliant, I’ve baked a tray of blondies, brownies and a sticky toffee pudding sponge cake and I can’t get enough of the square divider that cuts your cakes perfectly into portions! It’s completely non stick too and comes with a little rubber spatula and piping bag. I would highly recommend this tin!

This brownie pan is one of those first world problem solvers for a problem that you didn’t know you had in that the pre-portioning tool will enable you to make perfectly baked brownies for those that prefer to have an all round cake edge to them rather than an all gooey centre piece. It also takes away the need to portion or cut after baking.The baking pan in the very least can be used on it’s own for anything and not just brownies but paired with the portioning tool, this will create even and perfectly sized brownies or cakes every time. Just fill the pan up and press the tool in, this may require a bit of jiggling if there are chocolate chunks or other pieces in the batter. The non stick coating on the pan an portioning tool works really well but I still apply a light greasing. Because the portioning tool is fixed, the pieces do not come apart and can be a faff to clean in all the internal edges, it is dishwasher safe though as is the pan so that is the best option for me.I like the pan on it’s own as it is and can use it many times over for various bakes and meals, the portioning part is just a bonus but also because of it’s form it’s not the best to store. It’s a great item to take out the work of cutting brownies but at just over £17 (at the time of review), it is one of those items that you really have to want in order to buy it, otherwise it’s not a bad gift idea for an avid baker.

I bought this baking tin to bake Lamingtons, I was sceptical as to whether it would work or not - but happily it did! I put the cake mixture in the pan, levelled it off then carefully put the separator in prior to baking. I did buttered it first which was a faff but well worth it. There are a few of these baking tins available but I can recommend this particular one.

Great size brownie tin, perfect for a single batch. The insert helped cook them perfectly, keeping them gooey in the middle, and the bottom didn't stick at all! So happy :)

Excellent pan and good quality! used grease proof paper because my recipe makes the brownies very soft! The divider works very well, for individual and perfectly sized portions.Would recommend buying this 100%!
