So easy to keep things on track!
For anyone new to BLE, it is a very simple approach in concept, but it's the details that become hard to keep track of. This little book let's you do just that. I leave it in my kitchen, right near where I prepare and enjoy my meals, so it can be easily referenced. There is plenty of space on each day's entry to include the details you need (without wasting space). There is easy/valuable reference material at the front of the book which makes it really easy to remember quantities and ideas for the next day. And I love all of the extra touches -- at a glance daily summary grid, color-in your path day-by-day to see an unbroken chain, a great book mark that allows you to mark more than one page (I use it for the plan reference & the summary grid) and ... gold stars! I was a young kid the last time I got a gold star, and now I get to give myself one each day, for a job well done. Just love this! If you're looking to organize and capture your daily BLE plan, this is the way to do it!

Simply Beautiful and also Functional
This is the perfect complement to your Bright Line Eating journey. The pages are thick so a pen doesn’t go through to the other side, it’s spiral bound so it lies flat, and the cover is beautifully classy. And I love that it contains a page of stars that you can affix to each day you have followed your bright lines, which is a quick daily dopamine hit! It may be a little high in the price range, but the quality is amazing and it helps keep my lines bright each and every day. I am on my 2nd journal and just ordered another one because I don’t want to be without it.

Annoyed with the cost but LOVE the Layout
It shouldn't cost this much - overpriced but GREAT layout to kickstart the Food plan and have accountability. I May copy the format on printouts done myself but this is pretty and easy and ready to go. ITS PART OF MY PROGRAM TO USE IN SELF-CARE so I purchased. If you can afford it ... yeah great to start with. If not copy the page and carry on. Would love to see this brought down to half the price that would be appropriate.

Vey Helpful! Helps me think before taking action
I really like this journal because it helps me think about the foods I am eating. Then I can take action and adjust my eating habits as necessary. The paper quality is very thick and sturdy. The food journal is easy to use. I enjoy the quotes too.It's easy to see when my foods are helping me, and when they are not helping. The great thing about this journal is the ability to see what is working well. When I go back a month or two, I can see what foods helped me reach my goals.

helped me keep track of my bright journey
i used this journal for the first year or so while i started to do bright line eating, and it was immensely helpful in keeping me on track, easily. sections for what i ate, how much water i drank, and helpful info about the bright line eating program made it easy and useful.

Good tool for BLE but overpriced journal
Journal is good but very pricey. I purchased the book and this journal. In hindsight I would get a more affordable journal because all the info is in 5he book.

Very nice but overpriced
Like the spiral binding so the book can be folded into a single page size and laid flat for writing on either side. The paper quality is nice and the space in which to write notes or journal the day's gratitude is convenient. References to BLE days, and the food commitment are there if you are a BLE eater. It's just that this is so overpriced. Comes in a very lovely, but useless, box. I suppose that would be nice for gift-giving, but for me, it just adds unnecessary cost. Going forward, I would tend to emulate the format on my own and not buy this again unless the price comes down significantly.

Lots of bonus features
The book also includes several other pages of explanation and colourful drawings to complete daily. It’s the bible for Bright Line Eating to track your daily food intake.
