Works great & as expected
I waited a while to write this review. I've gone through a few bottles now. I'm frankly amazed at the comments from others about this product's bad taste or "not working". Did you research this? This stuff, in this delivery form, is going to taste bad. If that doesn't work for you, then maybe try the pill delivery form. For those who feel it didn't work, I have to wonder if they understand that this product should be taken separately from anything else in order to be assimilated effectively into the body (and give time for proper absorption before you ingest anything else) - and that the method of ingesting glutathione inherently has issues in bodily absorption. I ingest this product similar to homeopathic meds where you have to segregate/isolate them during ingestion/absorption. To me, the taste or smell are NOT overwhelming, although they are slightly unpleasant and I easily got used to it over time. How I take this product: On an empty stomach, I pour almost a teaspoonful & put in my mouth. I hold the liquid in my mouth for about a minute or two (esp under tongue), then swallow. I don't eat or drink anything about for 20-30 mins. Then I go about my day as usual. At first, the smell & taste is unpleasant. After usage, I've gotten accustomed to that. I figure a moment's unpleasantness is worth the positive benefits to my body.Pros: For me, this product delivers it's intended benefits. Helps reduce negative impact from my diabetes, allergies, brain fog and more. It's easy to travel with (very portable) and my bottles haven't leaked. Also, I prefer the liquid version over pills.Cons: Taste and price (while I feel price is high, I also feel it's price is comparable to similar quality products).Note: the bottles I've received have always been regular (non-mint) and the liquid is a pale yellow.I recommend this product to anyone who is seeking good benefits from glutathione and wants the delivery method in liquid form and is willing to navigate unpleasant taste/smell for the benefits.

Works great!
I've been taking this product for a few weeks and am extremely happy with it. I feel more energetic almost immediately after taking it. I used a prescription glutathione cream years ago, but it was very expensive and not nearly this effective. I used NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine), which is a precursor to glutathione, for many years as a cheaper alternative to the glutathione cream. This liposomal formulation works so much better. I won't be taking NAC any more.I tried this product because I recently learned about MTHFR defects, and with genetic testing discovered that I needed methylfolate. But I reacted strongly to it, experiencing severe lethargy and mental fog. Curcumin and niacin didn't cut through those effects. I visited Dr. Ben Lynch's website and found this product. I stopped the methylfolate for a week, started the glutathione and then restarted with a very small dose of methylfolate. Through continued use of the glutathione, I've been able to slowly increase the dose to a meaningful level without any side effects. Job done! But I feel so much better after taking it I'm going to continue using it.I do have to agree with reviewers that complain about the taste. But that's what orange juice is for - the taste is pretty well concealed in about an ounce of orange juice. So take your glutathione with vitamin C, hold your nose if you have to, and give your body an extra boost! It's well worth getting over the taste for the energy improvement.

Immune system boost
Glutathione strengthens the immune system so it is ideal for problems that require a big immune boost to conquer. (Liposomal Vit C is also a good choice for these issues.)I have had chronic fatigue for many years as well as chronic sinusitus. I took glutathione to address each of these issues and found that both times I took it I did see a marked improvement in my energy levels, though I can't say I was expecting that. I went through one bottle each time. I also saw progress in my sinus disease (my treatment has included anti-fungals and antibiotics for sinus, too.)Both times I had been told by different MD's to take glutathione. The first time my doctor actually wanted to give me an IV of Vit C, glutathione, B6, B12 for chronic fatigue every 2 weeks for 3 times total. I passed on the IV and I opted for the Liposomal delivery after doing some research. Liposomal is the most absorbable form of the supplement (after IV.)The first time I used a different brand delivered in individual packets. This time I took this Optimal brand from a teaspoon once daily when I woke up and then drank it down with cold water. The taste is rather bitter, but it passes quickly enough. Some mix it into juice. There is 500 mg per serving, 50 mg more per serving than the other brand; both have 30 servings, so take that into account when comparing prices.

Prepare you taste buds for a shock.
I was running low on the brand of Liposomal glutathione that I was taking which my daughter gets for me from her doctor and fearing I would run out before I''d see her again, decided to just order this brand. Don't know if I just got a bad batch, or what, but this has the most disgusting taste of anything I've ever put in my mouth and the after taste just lingers. One dose and I'm throwing sixty dollars down the sink, that's a first. Based on the "other ingredients", can only think that it's the "natural flavors" content that could alter the taste to be so horrible and it would be interesting to know the identification of those natural flavors. Not sure what you could mix this with to make it halfway palatable.
