Received exactly what is in the picture. Have successfully tested one resistor in a stereo tube amp with no issues. All good.

Resistance is a bit off
I measured 4 of the resistors:0.993 0.987 0.982 0.9902 were slightly out of spec, 2 were in spec.OK if your application can tolerate 1.5% error

Good quality resistor
At 0.1ohms - I had to measure them in my calibrated GwINSTEK 819 or in Keysight 34470A to validate the quality/spec. See pic.Even a good instrument like BK Precision 885 or a HP 34401A with Kelvin Clip measured them at 0.102ohms (which is incorrect).Good and accurate resistor. In general I had a good luck with Chanzon components.
