Metra Electronics 82-7501 Speaker Adapter Plates Fits Select 2013-Up Mazda Vehicles

I have a Mazda 3 2016 iSport and just recently I had to replace the stock speakers as it blew out over a year ago. This model fits exactly as it would as its an attachment for any speaker you use to fit into your car when it comes to replacing. It wasn't hard to install and putting the speaker on first is definitely the best thing you can do when it comes to that time when you need to replace stuff in your vehicle! This is only for the front doors as the read doors are a bit smaller so just FYI!

Worked well with a 6.5in speaker in the front doors of a Mazda 3 2015. You'll need to remove the inner tabs, which is a feature, not a bug.

These were perfect and made replacing midrange speakers so easy. Fit perfectly in doors.

This states it fits a 2016 Mazda cx-5 with the bose technology package on both Metra's website and the amazon listing. While a speaker fits, and the screw holes line up, the recessed piece that goes into the door does not fit the existing hole. therefore, this product does not fit at all.

Worked perfectly for my Mazda 3 2016! I replaced the speakers and it fit very well. This product is sturdy. The only difference from the original is that it doesn't have a "foam" backing but I don't think it makes a difference.
