This ring is from my swirling silver collection and has also been featured on Belle Armoire Jewelry as you can see on the photos >> INSPIRATION; This ring's is name is " Sultan's Hat " because it resembles Ottoman Sultan's Hat (a quilted cap around which a turban's sash is wrapped). The round pearl is the head and the wires are the wrapped sash, hence the name, "Sultan's Hat. SIZE; It has got an open shank but please kindly select your US ring size during check out.
