Watch out about sharpening as the leaflet on the packaging tells you not to do ths.
Nice shape, nicely sharp, easy to hold and not to heavy. Great for the job, not just steak but anything which might need a better cutting surface than just a plain blade. Very pleased so far; only time will tell whether they last but judging by other reviews, they should but at the reasonable price, does this matter? It should, of course, so as I have said, we shall see but, for now, they are just what we needed. Only given 4 stars over all as haven't tried them on a full dinner yet.

PERFECT SET OF STEAK KNIVES, COMFORTABLE AND ELEGANT
NOTHING TO DISLIKE SO FAR, KNIVES WERE USED ABOUT 6 TIMES AND DISHWASHED WITHOUT ANY METAL STAINING. THEY HAVE THE RIGHT SIZE HANDLE, ARE COMFORTABLE AND THE CUTTING BLADE IS SHARP AS I HAD NEEDED FOR CUTTING MEAT.I HOPE THAT THE INITIAL HIGH STANDARDS ARE MAINTAINED OVER THE YEARS.

Great steak knives?
These steak knives are excellent! They're really sharp and make cutting meat effortless! Very well made - all in one piece of metal, so no germs can lurk anywhere! Would highly recommend.

I like them.
I bought this set of 4 for about the same price as a set of 12 lower quality ones, and I'd say you can definitely tell that these are for a bit more fancier situation. They're very comparable to my higher quality ones that costed an arm and a leg, and seem like they'll last a while. As of right now, they've held up fine and have cut well. I eat a lot of meat, so they'll be used a lot for sure :)

Clean cuts, very sharp. They fits the hand very well. Very pleased with them.It's all in one piece and so the handle doesn't come off which normally happens with other.thanks
