It's well-made and easy to get in and out of. The side zipper is durable. It heats up quickly and is easy to clean.I highly recommend this model. I've had others before, but this is one of the best for the value.

1. I am 5 10, 250lbs: it is a snug fit, with arms inside some people may feel trapped and should use a model with arm holes!2. Otherwise it works good!

I bought one of these blankets to use for pain management. It works very well and heats up better and hotter than any other blanket I tried. it is much higher in price, but you expect quality. About a month ago I experienced a small shock from the blanket and after I was done using it I looked and the bottom had burnt together and burned through the mat. I contacted MiHigh's customer support for assistance and did not receive a response despite 5 emails to them. I then decided to go through the Amazon review process to see if I could get through to them. I received an email within 2 days, and they worked with the company to comp me a new sauna blanket. I was very impressed with the speed of service once I got a representative. Not only did they comp me for the price of a new sauna blanket, but they are sending me a free experience kit. What started as a bad review of the company's customer service changed, thank you!

I bought this sauna blanket, used it a couple times a month after four months it completely stopped working reached out to customer service took them a while to get back to me. After going over the possibilities of why it wasn’t working (which I knew weren’t the problem, They said sounds like the box and replaced it. again it worked. I used it a couple times a month, after about three months, it stopped working again, reach back out customer service and they basically told me it’s my fault. I must’ve left it plugged in because there was a power surge. What??!! excuse me, but no it gets unplugged every day because I have 2- 4year-olds I can’t leave it plugged in on the floor where I used it. So that’s a lot of money for a product I barely got to use. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The sauna works great if you can ever get it to come on. The control panel is something like a 1982 Atari. You push the buttons 100 times till it finally does something. And now it’s completely stuck and won’t go above level three for me. No matter how many buttons I push or what I do. Plugging and unplugging in. Etc. And trying to get a hold of the company is useless because they have nothing on their website to show customer service.

Pretty pricey but totally worth it. Width also wiggle room.Cons:Their pamphlet or website doesn't show temperature with respect to level setting. So I couldn't tell how hot it actually was.There's no sound for when the timer is up so just keep an eye.My personal opinion:I personally had trouble getting in on my own if I place it on bed. I would recommend on the floor since it'll be flat and sturdy surface. Do wear long sleeve,leggings, socks for starters and the pamphlet will recommend that attire as well. The controversy regarding the calorie loss is something I can't confirm on my end either so I don't know how many calories I lost during a 60 min session.

I have always liked light therapy, it works wonders for the body and mind. I just zoned right out, takes away any stress. I would highly recommend giving this a try. Very easy to use.

I use this about three times a week and it is awesome. Highly recommend as a great sauna solution for home on a budget. It has also been handy to take on RV trips. Other pros for me are the quality of the bag and zipper. It gets REALLY hot if you want it. 8 seems to be the sweet spot. The main con is the quality of the low-quality feel of the control unit. Be aware that skin contact with the bag at the higher settings is gonna feel burning hurting hot. I lay down a towel and wear pants, a long sleeve shirt and socks. Its a lot to get soaked in sweat and have to wash after but worth it for the benefits of a good sauna.
