- ✔ Whole Apricots (Large): Fresh Turkish apricots are used to make dried whole apricots. These are hand-picked, cleaned in pure water, sun-dried, hand-pitted, graded for size, and classed based on common defects. They are bright orange coloured. They last for a long time. It was discovered in the Ottoman, Persian, and Russian empires before the twentieth century, but Turkey is now the leading producer. Dried apricots from the Mediterranean or Turkey are normally dried whole before pitted.
- ✔ HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: Dry apricots are extremely beneficial to everyone since they include a variety of vitamins. Apricots are also high in carotene, which is essential for healthy vision.
