my bowl says DLC 191TX. is this the same one?

I am guessing you are talking about the cover has that marking on it. Mine has DLC 194TX

Will this cuisinart replace my dlc-194tx?

Yes, It replaces the DLC-194tx (Lid) and the DLC -191tx (bowl). I read these numbers directly on the lid and bowl. This item includes both pieces.

Does the cover have a pour chute?

I use mine mainly for chopping so I have never really looked at the lid. So, I just went and looked and the lid to check. The lid has 2 slopping chutes with a tiny hole at the bottom of each, so I guess you could drizzle liquids into the prep bowl!

Will this workbowl and cover match my DLC-1SS? It's the mini-processor in chrome.

The workbowl and cover are entirely made of clear plastic, so there should be no "matching" conflict.
