Do not take a chance on buying a chair that you have not sat in.
I was so disappointed in this chair. It did not fit me and was so long in the seat I had to crawl to get in. I was disappointed with Amazon and the catnapper company, they charged me half the price of the chair to return it. It sounded good on the description and it was truly horrible. It was hot to sit in, my legs barely fit the foot rest, they hung off the end. I am a short person and even though I could not get in the seat, the footrest was a problem too. when I returned it I had to pay shipping and a re-stock fee. I was sick about that amount of money. I had the chair only a few days and it was still brand new. I had no recourse. I tried. I really feel that I should of paid for the shipping which was $275. Then the re-stocking was over 200 dollars more.

Very Disappointed
In less than a year the chair no longer works. I have contacted the company a number of times. Last I was told parts where shipped and when parts are confirmed they have arrived they will then contact a service tech to come out to my fathers house to fix it. He is handicap and this chair is where he spent all his time pretty much. He is upset that he paid this money on this chair that he can not use and he refuses to buy another chair so now he is very uncomfortable with a normal lounge chair. I wished I had bought him the chair local in town. Catnapper is known to be a good brand this is why I purchased it....Now I dont know what to do. Keep contacting and praying they will live up to their word

Careful bad customer service
Wow what a comfortable chair very well made sturdy. works great would buy again. Have to change my mind. Need parts for my chair and tried to get parts from manufacturer . Bad news they don't even want to talk to you and are no help at all be very careful

Great Catnapper Power Lift Chair
This is a well made chair and now that I have had it for over 6 months, I like it even more. The material is a good quality and everything that is mechanical works great. It is really a good chair for a tall person. For myself, I wish the seat had a little less depth but I have learned to adjust and I would definitely buy another one.

Catnapper Power Lift Chair
Husband really likes this chair. After 5 back surgeries and 2 knee replacements he is able to rest in several position that helps ease the pain in different areas of the body. The chair lays out flat like a bed and this is great for mid-afternoon rest time. Chair is very sturdy, nice material, and good workmanship. VERY PLEASED with purchase of this chair!

Not strong enough for a large man.
I bought this chair for my son; and it only lasted him for about 6 months. The arms broke. So I thought for the price; this was not a good lift chair.

Go to a store and try them out completely before buying online because return shipping is outragous! Also they are priced too high and ican't return its like 300 to return so I am stuck with this chair is not for someone that is 6ft tall, footrest way short. The rest of the chair is good comfort ok lifts ok.
